What I really appreciated was that during the virtual checkin, there's a section that asks you for which focus areas you'd like the masseuse to focus on during your service. You can then circle different parts of the body (this is shown from different angles as well) to specify where you'd like your masseuse to specifically target. This personalization was very evident during my actual massage and again, I was impressed by how everything was very clean/spotless there. The masseuse politely asked/checked in throughout my massage if I was comfortable and if she was using the right amount of pressure. I was surprised that the oil was slightly heated/warm, but really enjoyed how soothing it was. I left my massage feeling very refreshed and relaxed. You enter into a waiting room area with a small seating area and reception desk. Enter the door to the fairly large open spa. There are several chairs to the right for chair massages, plenty of setups for reflexology and a room in the back for massages. The reflexology area has roll-up shades for dividers. No appointment is needed here which is very convenient. The space is clean, quiet and relaxing. They have excellent prices. Chair massages are $1 per minute. One hour reflexology is $35 or $28 if you prepay for three total sessions. One hour massages are $38. For reflexology many will not like their setup here. There is another popular reflexology place further down Route 9 that uses reclining chairs. Here you lay flat on a bed with a pillow. Overall, for the price and convenience this is a great place to unwind.

It does this thing that focuses on melting the fat and then stimulate the muscles under the fat! After about 45 mins or so feeling this vibration around my stomach; the area felt very light and loose (such a hard description to describe, but it's a good feeling). Then she hooked me to this other machine, I think called, NuShape? and THAT WAS AMAZING!!! The focus on that machine was the muscle then the fat. It would do these pounding sensations and it made me feel like I was doing 1000 ab crunches!!! I was so scared that I would get an abdominal cramp, but nothing happened! :) It's a different way to relax, but the OUTCOME after just 1 session was incredible!! After 30 mins of that, I looked in the mirror and boy, did my stomach look less bloated and felt really light!!! Standing, my belly fat felt like it was just broken up into pieces and was just waiting to escape my body!! I didn't feel jiggly at all!!! After that, she had me hop on this skateboard machine where you stand there and it jiggles! It was quite fun and fast! Kim knows me so well that she even knows I should only ever choose a very specific shade of red -- yet she's always patient when I insist on trying something different. And when I realize (as she already knew ) that the other color wasn't me, she will bring me back the same day, redo my nails without hesitation, and make sure I leave happy. She has even stayed late for me more than once -- all with kindness, humor, and zero judgment. That level of care is everything. Over the years, Kim has become more than just my nail tech -- she feels like family. She listens, she remembers, and she genuinely cares. That kind of consistency and heart is rare, and it's why I will always be loyal to her. The salon itself is clean, warm, and welcoming. Every staff member is friendly and professional, and the environment truly reflects how much they value their clients.
