However, we love your store & location we have never had any other issues & the service is always excellent :) So this past visit we decided to try the Whole Fried Chicken! And boy are we glad we did! The fried chicken is Amazballs! We LOVE the fried Chicken! We got there early to pick some up to go to the beach, we got a pack freshly fried & it smelled so yummy we had to dig in as soon as we got to the beach! Arrrr! It was still hot from the fryer, super crispy, seasoned to perfection & so moist inside Ohmygosh! Simply divine. The best piece of Fried Chicken I have ever had in my life. The chicken breast was what Fried Chicken dreams are made of. I will never forget my favorite "Fried Chicken man day" at the beach! Arrrr! lol My Captain, "Chicken man" loved the fried chicken so much we stayed all day, he swam in high seas, snorkeled the ocean deeps and ate the whole box! Arrrr! Chicken man totally had a blast! He swam in high surf! Ate a chicken thigh! Swan in high surf! Ate another chicken thigh! Chased some fly away floats in super high winds down the beach, ate a chicken leg! He double dipped in the Fried Chicken box so many times I had to fight "Chicken man" over the last Wing! Arrrrr! :)... When we got home, Chicken man had to take a nap! Slept like a baby. When he woke up, the first thing he said was "Boy that was some good Fried Chicken, what a great day we had at the beach! Can't wait till next weekend!" Chicken Man has finally found his Gold! Arrr! "Public Golden Fried Chicken" :)... We had a great time at the beach, good food always makes great times. Memorable times. I know I will never forget Fried Chicken Day with Chicken man! Arrr! Rouse's is more convenient to the beach than other grocery stores, but it may be a little pricier. You have to weigh the pros and the cons, like all other places. Why is this happening do they not pay them enough money for the people to stay ? I would think with the cost of living they would try and keep them happy and want to stay. We ordered some deli meats and cheeses and made sandwiches with the dinner rolls which we ate in the car. I'm wishing we had grabbed more of those rolls-so good! Super friendly staff, cute location which was easy to get to off the highway and all the baked goods looked amazing!! (I had a whoopee pie which was fantastic.) definitely recommend.

So I didn't bother to ask, but I was upset that milk fell and busted. You can feel she didn't like what she was doing. The way she put my grocery in the bags you can tell she is not in the good mood at all. She might be tired from a long day of work, but still not an excuse. Each customer you meet in that store you give them a great attitude because they spend money. She was the only cashier there so far that I met that actually don't greet or talk to you. Need more training for sure on how to handle each customer.

An employee badge #8147 Register #002 Store #00016 asked for my ID, after she looked at my ID, she said to me "Hong kong." I was confused at first when she said that to me because I'm of Asian descent. I asked her what did she say again? And she said to me again, "You're driver's license says you're from Hong Kong." From my understanding, I don't see anywhere on my ID that says "HONG KONG" and it's a American Driver's License. I was born in the States and I speak Perfect English and I can understand clearly when someone is trying to think they can get away with being racist against me because maybe she assumed I can't speak English well. I told her immediately that she is a racist person and that comment was uncalled for and I don't think it was funny at all. She didn't say anything afterwards besides "omg" under her breath. She didn't even apologize for her comment. I don't appreciate being discriminated against and I also don't think Greer Employees especially the store managers care about complaints from customers at all either because I called them and they told me that the store manager wasn't in until Monday. I talked to Deborah to let me speak with the store manager who passed the phone to Sarah and Sarah told me the store manager wasn't working until Monday. She gave me the corporate's number which is (251)457-8655. I will be calling on Monday and seeing if she actually did give me the corporate's number or a fake number to try and get rid of me. ‍ Also.
