The store is small but feels very roomy with the layout, floor to ceiling glass front and their quintessential LED hexagon honeycomb light fixture. They have beauty and skin care products, kitchen supplies, snacks, ramen, candies, sodas, desserts, frozen and prepackaged food. My favorite is prepackaged food area with fruit sandos, cream rolls, onigiri and rolls. And most items are reasonable priced. I finally got to stop by since they opened last week and got a lot of snacks (almost $70 worth). Some of the items I got were ube ice cream, Pocky sticks in various flavors, shrimp chips, taro chips, wafer sticks, fruit sandos, and chocolate ream rolls. The next day I ate one of the Strawberry Sandos at work. It still tasted so fresh, and the strawberries were huge! Loved that the cream wasn't too sweet. I have to say that Teso Mini has a really good selection of Asian snacks. And it's so fun perusing their aisles. So glad they opened a location in this neck of the woods.

Besides the diverse products ranging from baby wipes to car oil, they also provide a plethora of services all in one shop. You can get your pharmacy prescriptions filled, photographs printed, Blu-Ray movie rentals instantly in your hands, flu shots administered and banking completed via their ATM machine. Their collection of new movies for rentals is pretty impressive and I am also able to do some grocery shopping here. What really prompted me to write a glowing review for this place is the quality of their photo prints. It is significantly better than any of the other stores in the area. I actually had our family photo Christmas cards printed here and I was really happy with the results. I initially had the cards printed at another neighborhood store and the images came out underexposed and severely cropped. This store was able to provide me with sixty cards in less than an hour. This is certainly not a true photography lab, but for the price and quality of their prints, I was happy enough to write a review to share my positive experience. Another wonderful aspect of this store is that they are open 24 hours, making it super helpful and convenient for those who work late hours. The young staff and managers are generally friendly and helpful. The mom and pop stores in the community are still my favorite businesses to deal with but it is tough for them to compete with the diverse products, services, and convenience of this little powerhouse store.

Unfortunately, my last visit was disappointing. I picked up an order, and while I was at the store , I decided to purchase two additional items that were locked in the beauty section. My order was paid and confirmed at 8:58PM. I waited online but The cashier said only the manager could retrieve my already paid items. I politely asked the manager -an Asian guy-, who was guarding the door so nobody can come in, if he could hand them to me since they were literally 3 feet away, but he simply told me to "come back tomorrow" , "why can't you come back tomorrow", because the store was closed. I understand stores have closing procedures, but I was already inside, my items were fully paid for, and retrieving them would have taken less than a minute or 2 the most. A little flexibility and courtesy would have made a big difference. I hope managers are encouraged to show better customer service in situations like this.

Zaire, lead shift manager at the time was rude from the start. She would not let me drop off my package because they did not have tape. She needed to scan the QR code and that's it.
