Wow. I feel good there are still some old fashioned St Cloud businesses that care about customers…read more I had an unusual request-make a temporary outside rear view mirror for my car. I hit a trash can on the side of the road when a truck decided to head into my lane. At any rate, they didn't really have this as a service, but asked for the old one as a template and cut a new one. And charged less than $20. Once the "real" mirror with the electronics came in, they even replaced it and didn't ask for a cent! Of course I gave them a tip. But they were truly kind, and efficient. I hope I have a chance to use them for a bigger job one day.

My kitchen remodel by Statewide Cabinets exceeded my expectations in every way. Amazing…read moreexperience. Quality is solid and the cabinets look great! Ryleigh listened to what I was looking for, gave me honest recommendations and made a potentially stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. Very professional, patient and friendly. She answered all my questions and even provided me with a timetable of events allowing me sufficient time to schedule the electrician and plumber. Because of her extraordinary service, I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for outstanding assistance and value. Jeremy was the installer for my project. Throughout the day, he demonstrated exceptional attention to detail in despite of the number of cabinets requiring installation. He laser measured how high to hang each cabinet, mounted all fixtures with great accuracy and gave me a demonstration on the cabinet draws and how to adjust if needed.

Any remodeling project is stressful, but Floors and Tiles worked with us to adapt with some shifting deadlines and designs. Maria, our designer, was extremely personable and available to us whenever we needed. We felt she had a real, vested interest in the project. Our installer took great care and time to get things set in place precisely. We also appreciated Maria recommending ColStone Surface Designs for our countertop. Both companies helped us create the kitchen of our dreams.

Very poor experience with Magical Cleanings…read more The cleaner arrived without a vacuum, which immediately made it impossible to properly clean the floors. By the time she left, the floors were still dirty, sticky, and visibly streaked. Mirrors were left with a film, and all stainless steel appliances had noticeable streaks and dried product residue -- they looked worse than before the cleaning. I had to repeatedly point out areas that were missed, and at one point the cleaner asked if a Brillo pad should be used on stainless steel, which was alarming. She also cleaned barefoot, leaving footprints across the floors. I spent the entire day home for this service and now have to re-clean everything myself and purchase cleaning supplies -- completely defeating the purpose of hiring a professional cleaning company. The company offered only a minimal partial refund or to send the same cleaner back. Given the quality of the service, I declined the re-clean and requested a more reasonable resolution, which was not provided. This was not a professional-level service, and I would not recommend Magical Cleanings based on this experience.
