The spot is great to store your gear, have meetings, rehearse your music, record and produce music during quite hours, and make connections. It gets hot in the summer, but the rooms have AC. I went to a sold out concert at the iconic El Rey Theater in Los Angeles and there were 800+ people screaming loudly for LA hip hop legend Pigeon John and guess who was playing keyboard, Peter Hong. Whenever I needed to record a song, I always went to my man Peter because not only does he know what he's doing, but he creates an atmosphere that allows creativity, quality, and efficiency. He creates a business like atmosphere but we also have a great time mixing everything and experimenting with various sounds. I would highly recommend anyone who is serious about recording your track and album to get your single and record done with Peter. I talked to Yaniv, who was very friendly, and we had a consultation scheduled with a few days. He assessed the situation, gave us great recommendations, and explained pricing. With my door closed, the noise reduction from my hubby's room is reduced by like 75%. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend this company!
