I mean, I get it surrounded by a bunch of sand and a lake and trees, but that doesn't excuse it. The bathroom is locked most of the time and after 7 PM the bathroom is locked for the whole night so you have to do a little tinkle out in the pond. It is gross I know, right? So my little ones like to run around the playground and they're the right age for it but sometimes things get broken and it shuts down and my husband he goes out kayaking and then my wife goes out partying at the nightclub so my little kiddos, they like to run wild on the thing and I don't know how this can slide but it's very small and no after they turned one year older they're not gonna like this place mark my words. I love going kayaking at this place and my whole family does but Thing is I don't really like going on the playground so small. I broke my neck here once and the grass is so brown. I don't even know how to believe it. So that's all I have to say after I broke my neck here I came kayaking and I fell into the sewer, but it's OK. I got myself out with the crew rescue teams and then the wildfires happened and then it was a very tragic day, but I'm not gonna talk about it because I don't wanna cry again. Oh my God don't cry don't cry don't cry cry let it all out. That was my husband by the way and my wife. They're the same person. They transitioned a few years ago, so they were a girl and now their husband, but I don't even know what to say my kiddo my kiddos they love this place, but not for long because I'm gonna mark their words out of here. Here's a picture of my broken neck injury. I hope you guys can take this into consideration before coming here because this place is wonderful masterful but I just don't know how much I can trust the employees anymore not there is any employees which is also a red flag there's no employees and who would have their birthday party here. I saw someone having a birthday party here earlier and it was gross and disgusting. It makes my skin boil. I don't know why anyone would have a birthday party here it's really boring, but I feel like if you had a few more attractions like maybe a Ferris wheel or a waterslide or maybe a roller coaster I could maybe come here a little more often and get you guys more money thank you. Please take into consideration my review and please accept this token of a accomplishment. You guys have done well.

We paddled out into the lily pad area that had a clear spot to go through. We saw lots of turtles and a few beaver dams (didn't spot the beavers though). Our paddle took about an hour, and they allow you to borrow the kayaks up to 2 hours. After our paddle we checked out the playground for a bit. It was perfect for our 4 year old. It has 4 big kid swings and 2 baby swings and areas for the both the bigger kids and little ones.

He also went through my trailer and gave me great fixes which include new bearings for the wheels. He is replacing the impeller on next Monday as well. Very professional and focused upon the task! This place is what a boat parts store should be. 1. They…read morehave reasonable prices. 2. Most of their inventory is in sight which allows you to walk the aisles and see things you forgot to put on your list. 3. In many instances, they have the mercury/quicksilver part and right next to it will be the Sierra equivalent at a lower price point which gives you the opportunity to compare on the spot. In addition, last year I bought a boat that had a bad engine. I bought new manifolds and risers first from Ken and he told me where to check the engine for cracks. I found them where he said they'd be. He also had a used engine in his storeroom that was a much newer version of what I had already. His asking price was reasonable. When I came to buy it he loaded it on my truck. He lent me the alignment tool, and he gave me the newer style steering mechanism so I wouldn't have to track down new hoses and fittings. Engine went in without issue, but the alternator wouldn't charge. I pulled it off, threw it in the car along with his alignment tool, and he swapped the alternator for another used one he had in the back. The location is about 100 miles from me, but it's always worth the drive. I haven't tried them for mail order, but for walk in retail, they're great.

Most people who come here once or twice never return because they are disgusted by the conditions. You would have three times as many visitors if you at least made an effort to reduce the dirt and improve the water quality. Intro to Rock Climbing with Valley to Summit on September 18, 2022…read more This was my second trip to Chickies Rock with VTS and it was wonderful! There were only 5 of us, so plenty of time to climb. Our Guide, Bob, was so patient, engaged and informative. I learned a lot of great things that I had not known before about clothing, ropes and technique. Bob was so patient with me and was there with his " green pointer" to help me over the tough spots. You should know that I am 74 years old and tho I have climbed indoors for a few years, my stamina was not that of the youngsters who were there! Nonetheless, it was a great time! I highly recommend Valley to Summit, this being my 3 rd trip with them. They Rock!

Absolutely amazing professional guides!!…read more I hired this company to guide me through the winters treacherous water fall trails of Ricketts Glen that is normally closed off for hikers that don't have the explicitly specific required safety gear for winter hikes which this company provides. The guides were patient and helpful with the small group in getting gear on and going over all the safety equipment. They were never impatient with anyone and insanely kind. You could tell the guides truly enjoyed bringing everyone out to this amazing trail at Ricketts Glen State Park. I wasn't sure what to expect but OMG it was worth the money spent to have these guys/gals guide me through the trails. I took tons of pictures and was never rushed at all while taking in the views and photos. This company comes highly recommended amongst the hiking community even out of state.
