Came at evening of the next day and he tells me that he cannot fix and I need to go to the Apple store. At the same time he inserted the broken screen back, but completely destroyed so that nothing could be seen from the screen. I'm going to the Apple store, where they tell me that the previous person who opened the phone broke the fingerprint recognition button. I go back to G-mobile and say that I was told. Sherhan was gone, he was upstairs and I had to wait for him for half an hour before he came down. I explained the situation to him and he started to react aggressively. Took my phone, even the model which he identified is not correct (it was an iPhone 7, but he said it was an iPhone 8), pulled out recognition device and began to poke it in my face, simultaneously shouting that nothing is broken. But he worked before him. He also said that because they are not official seller even if he completely broke the phone, he will not be responsible for anything. Any other information to me refused to provide. Also, he did not provide me with a receipt for purchases, I still bought a mouse before. There was no evidence that he was the one who broke my phone. So I could not dispute his actions. The broken button cost me 148 pounds. What we have in the end: 1. Terrible service. 2. Not the professionalism of the employee. 3. Poor quality of work. 4. No guarantee. Such people create a negative image of all migrants.

When I arrived they were very helpful in telling me how to go about it. When I returned, with the items, the company whom I ordered from gave me the wrong information about how to return my item. They sent one label when I needed two. So I didn't have to call Apple again, would've been the third time, they helped me find a new box. This box fit all the items and they packaged it up for me and got it shipped so I didn't have to make another visit to the store, in the rain. All three times I've been in, everyone was friendly, happy to help, and very efficient and timely. Highly recommend this place, they care about their customers which isn't always the case other places!

I normally go into a couple and see what prices they're charging me and what the chat is like. These guys have been good for me so far. Last time I dropped my iphone, the screen smashed into at least twelvity billion pieces. They replaced it and put a proper glass screen protector on. This time when I dropped it, the glass screen protector worked - the screen didn't smash, but the whole screen detached at one corner, meaning that the slidey slidey didn't work, so I needed a new screen anyway. Took it in, job done. They're quick - they had that done in an hour. Plus they're helpful. I mentioned that it was super annoying that I dropped it as I'm due an upgrade next week, and they gave me a bit of chat about which iPhone to upgrade to, or shock horror, even to consider a Samsung! So I now feel armed with information for making a choice about upgrades. One thing I would say is watch out for the prices. I honestly think they just make them up. They will come and go with you though so it's worth asking, and also worth comparing with other shops in the strip too if you want to be thorough about it. When I have my new shiny phone soon, I'll be back to this place to get a glass screen protector put on, and also to GET A PROPER CASE THIS TIME! Apparently rubber is the way to go.

I purchased 15/01/2024 £55 from a guy behind the counter what I…read morewas advised as official PS4 controller in white. came with instruction charging cable in original box. when connected to my PS4 it said this controller may not be compatible and may not work properly as an error that popped up on screen. I taken the controller apart to only fine a lipo battery 3/4 smaller than the original battery which I compared to the authentic PS4 controller I was replacing because of stick drift. the battery wasn't grey as inside original no markings on the battery to show MAH or even what manufacture it was. also the battery in fake controller was stuck down with a double sided sticky pad as did not fit the internal battery tray. Also the sticker on the back of the controller was not straight stuck on like authentic and underneath the battery tray the board had different markings compared to the original. compared this to ifixit comparison online as well to prove it was fake. I went back to the store on the 16/01/2024 and they guy wasn't there it was a female member of staff. I taken my fake controller back along with my authentic PS4 controller and opened up my authentic controller and also the fake one to point these issues out and asked for a refund. The poor lady was obviously dealt with negativity from customers before and went on a rant about there great reviews and said yelp was useless. I explained this is not her fault and she advised that she would call her boss and went through the back of the store. She came back out to where I was at the counter and confronted me with her boss on the phone who started to shout and say to leave the store. I advised that he has sold counterfeit goods and would call the police if didn't have my full refund of £55. he proceeded to be aggressive and nasty saying for me to call the police he doesn't care and to F*** Off. If they don't know a game or system, they'll ask one of the other staff who do. You're a gamer walking into a store and talking to other gamers. They're also not bad with the non-gaming crowd, so if you're buying for someone else and you don't know your PS3 from a Wii-U then as long as you try your best, they'll give good information. And as long as it's unopened, they'll swap it out for the *right* version if you've got it wrong!

Considering the scummy places that can sell computer games - "Hey, all of our used games are now cleaned of all blood and tears" This place comes across as fairly respectable. Although I would like them to stop asking me to bring in used games, pre-order stuff. Excuse me, I am at the till due to need to buy something not be interrogated by someone who works at a game store.
