Worst. Company. Ever. After having problems with buying phone cases online, I thought to myself "oh look, a shop that sells cases, nice!" As I walk in, I am very politely greeted by this staff member. I explained to him my situation. (With my mother standing next to me) he asked me what kind of cases I wanted, I said I wanted a protective one. He went to go grab a case from the sea of cases(not telling me how much it is), he went on to start smacking the case against the wall. Without me saying anything, he continued on to putting the cases on my devise(taking it over to the counter). Without me even saying yes, or even no. The transaction was happening, right in front of my eyes, I was baffled to see almost £20 being handed over, I said nothing as I was surprised. Remember, I haven't even seen this case yet. He hands me my phone, while hurrying us out the store. I put in my pocket, feeling totally normal about the sale until I get home and have a proper look at it... I hated the look of it(not really the stores fault, well, maybe if he showed it to me first it), I made an annoying noise every time I touched it and it just being a low quality piece of rubbish. £15 my ass. That is when I knew, I was well and truly conned.
