Heavily fried, the meat one was pleasantly spicy and the cheese and pepper (very interesting pepper I can't recall the unusual name) was very good as well. The tea was brewed fresh and made iced to order. The "cookie" we had was light and although the filling was decadent, I don't believe it was over-the-top sweet.
