Established in 2006.

Fonctions Optimum was started in September 2006 by Nicolas Roy. It was started after a separation from another business that didn't have the same values. The values promoted by Fonctions Optimum's team are: -Optimization (balance) over maximization for performance. -Humility -Seeing the body as an integrated whole (biomechanic, biochemicaly and psycho-emotional) -Continuous education -Kaizan (analyzing to have a continuous and gradual improvement) Fonctions Optimum a vu le jour en 2006 par l'action de Nicolas Roy. Le tout a débuté après une séparation d'une entreprise antérieure où les valeurs étaient différentes. Meet the Business Owner: Nicolas R.

Nicolas Roy is the owner of Fonctions Optimum. He has been in the strength and conditioning and fitness industry for more than 10 years. For 3 years, he worked alone in the company and then in 2009, the team started to grow! He works with a great team that include: Michaël Fullum, Xavier Roy, Olivier Carignan, Gabrielle Piché, Fanny Beaudin and Marie-Soleil Samson. Fonctions Optimum's team work with men's indoor Canada national volleyball team, University of Sherbrooke's football team (Vert et Or), University of Sherbrooke women's volleyball team, Bishop's University's football team (Gaiters), Bishop's University men's and women's basketball team (Gaiters), Magog's Midget AAA hockey team (Cantonniers) and many individual professional or national and internatonal amateur athletes. The role of our team is to guide athletes and coaches so that they perform better physically and beyond!
