Relaxing here was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I called a day ahead to make a…read moremassage appointment and reserve an arrival time. The person I spoke with was very nice and helpful and fluent in English and French. She reviewed the rules and explained what we would need to bring, took my payment information, and sent a confirmation email. The spa was easy to find along the main road, and had ample free parking in front of the building. When we checked in, I showed the email at the registration desk and everything went smoothly. The staff member gave me flip flops to wear and keep, and a locker key attached to a wristband. She gave us an orientation and pointed out the different spa areas. Complementary caffeinate-free herbal tea was available and it was delicious! The facility is clean and beautiful, with views of the river and surrounding hills. We loved soaking in the hot water pools and then doing a quick plunge in the cold pool, followed by resting in the super comfortable hammocks. My massage therapist was attentive and skilled. We would love the opportunity to come here again!
