Oh, and that's after the insurance verification process included them reading ALL of my personal information out loud on the phone in front of the entire waiting room (which was full) - can you say HIPPAA violation? My social security number, my mother's, loud and clear. I could hear the information from the corner. Loud mouthed, and ignorant. The staff did nothing to help me. When I say avoid at all costs, I mean it. Skip aspen dental and search up one of the amazing OTHER dentist's offices that are small businesses and where you're more than a number. Never, and I mean NEVER trust a chain with your care because all they care about is getting you in and out. I spoke up and said I thought my tooth was going to be taken care of today. They stated, "No it was just a consultation for today." Then directed me to some lady for billing and setting up appointments. When I was talking to her she stated, "When I talked to you on the phone earlier I told you that it was only for the exam/consultation." This was a bold faced LIE! I corrected her and said that she called me and stated that my insurance was no longer valid and she said I would have to pay out of pocket. I then went over my insurance information with her and she was able to correct it. While sitting with her she stated that I would have to make an appointment for the extraction. The earliest they could get me in was Tuesday which is 6 days away! So... nothing done, I know this tooth needs extracted but the biggest thing is they didn't even give a suggestion AT ALL to help mitigate and ease the pain even if I would have made an appointment. WORTHLESS PLACE!

I have my teeth cleaned here, my fillings done, and today they took out old fillings from a different DDS that were no good. Grinding out the old filling, cleaning the tooth, and refilling it took no more than 20 minutes. Literally. I walked in at 9:24am and walked out at 9:51 (longer than 20 yes, but you have to account for the receptionists who ask about how your family is). EVERYONE at Stakers takes the time out of their day to smile and ask how you are, it's just such a nice place. The procedure was absolutely painless. All the equipment in there is state of the art and they always try to provide the best care. I honestly can't recommend them enough. My entire family goes there and we all love them.
