It is handicap accessible. The salon does cuts, color, waxing and eye lash extensions . I personally have been a customer for over a year and will not go anywhere else. I drive 30 minutes to get here. Definitely recommend for anybody--women, men and kida

I have been debating for almost 5 weeks about how to rate the stylist, Mindy. I would have given…read moreher 5 stars because the haircut and coloring I received was well executed, the people are friendly and the salon is very nice inside. It boiled down to the fact that after a 15 min consultation, to discuss what I wanted for a cut and color, I ended up with a cut I did NOT want or asked for and the wrong color. The way she cut the back is SO different from what I wanted that if I was a girl that cried a lot, I would STILL be crying over it. I told her I was growing my hair out (the back was almost to my shoulders and almost all the same length, I could even do a ponytail) and to just even up the ends. Before I could say stop, she had already started layering the back of my hair. I HATE layers in my hair and you can forget a ponytail. Then she proceeded to thin it. Also, something I hate and makes my hair lay wrong. Her reason for doing it was because I have thick hair. I do have thick hair but I don't care what style I'm getting I DO NOT allow my hair to be thinned. It's the same as layering when it comes to my hair. Now I not only have to grow out the layers but also the thinning. I will say that she did a fantastic job on my bangs. Then we get to the color. My hair was already colored and needed the roots done and freshening on the rest. Since it was the first time she colored my hair I can understand it not matching completely. The red was too dark. I can deal with that because she was learning how my hair reacts to the coloring she used. So the issue I have with the coloring is about the pieces that were blonde and I wanted purple. Just like the rest of my hair, there was growth that needed coloring so the entire strand would be purple. She did NOT do the roots for the purple, she did the roots in the red and colored ONLY the blonde pieces in purple. That's unacceptable. This was not done in one visit either. What was supposed to only be a consultation ended up with the hair cut @ $66 then a second visit to do the coloring @ $109.25. Those two visits ended up being $175.25 total and it sickens me every time I try to style my hair. I will not be going back.

I said no, your site on Yelp says "walk ins are welcome" and she said no, that's not true, I'm not sure which site you looked at but that's not correct. I was turned away and told you use the website to book an appointment. At that moment, I no longer felt welcomed. I would highly suggest the owner review what they have on the Yelp page because this is a site that many individuals use when searching for services. For what I thought would be a great experience turned out to be a bad one.

I went in and while their signage spoke of masking up, I was pleased to see everyone was pretty relaxed on the issue. Anyway, I was looking for someone who knew how to trim longer hair for ease of care without shortening. I regret not recalling my cutters name (I'm negligent here always) but she had the chair nearest the front window and was easy to talk to and understood my goal for the visit. I'll totally be back as soon as my ends split enough. Thank you all.

When I called the salon to express my concerns.I was specifically complaining about a stylist named Donna. According to her salon bio, she recently moved from Chicago. Less than 24 hours after making that complaint, I received a text message from an unknown Chicago-area phone number calling me names. The timing was concerning enough that I felt it should be reported to the salon. I did not feel that concern was taken seriously. I was told that someone would contact me regarding my complaint, but I was left waiting without any meaningful response. At this point, I was seeking a refund because I am deeply dissatisfied with the haircut itself, upset by the way my concerns have been handled, and troubled by the harassing message I received after reporting my experience. When my calls were not being returned, I called again for a third time and at that time was told that Donna is the owner of the business and would never do such a thing. My initial complaint was regarding my haircut. I have fine hair, and throughout my appointment the stylist described what she was doing as adding "movement" to my hair. At no point did I understand that significant debulking was being done. That is not something I would have requested. The result is that my hair feels much thinner than before, and I have not been able to find a way to style it that I feel good about. Another concern is that my hair was not blow-dried at the end of the service. It wasn't until I went home, washed it myself, and blow-dried it that I was able to fully see the haircut and notice the issues I have with it. Looking at it styled properly only made me more upset with the final result. Now this situation is much larger and I am still hoping for a full refund for the service.
