As we approached the service date, he communicated details effectively. On day of service, he kept us notified as our time slot approached. He arrived on time. He estimated 2 hours, and he finished on time. Alex was extremely thorough: cleaning windows, screens, siding, trim, gutters, bricks, stone, and metal roofing. It had been about 6 years since we had our wooden-sided house painted and we live in a fully wooded shady area where mildew loves to grow. Andrew did a great job washing the siding. Brian came out to double check the work and touched up a few additional spots also the next day. Once it was all done it was spotless!
