My patio contractor (Ricky Horsman - he's great too, by the way) recommended Donnie to put in the beds, mulch and generally tidy and maintain the area. Donnie gave me a prompt visit and quote for one day's labor for him and his crew and we arranged the date. The day before the schedule I had 10 yards of topsoil and 6 yards of mulch delivered and had bought a bunch of trees, shrubs and perennials to plant. After the solid was delivered we had a flash flood warning for the area and Donnie sent me a text advising me to cover the topsoil so it didn't become washed away or too rain soaked - that was a nice touch. Donnie and the crew showed up at 7am and got straight in. Being and American there was no language barrier to explaining exactly what I wanted and Donnie also volunteered some ideas and second opinions too - he's done this more that I have. The crew worked hard all day, built up all the beds, repaired the lawn from the Bobcat tracks from the patio install and prepped the area for seeding. All the plants were installed and there was enough time for his crew to edge, weed and mulch the other beds around my house. I can't recommend Donnie strongly enough and will definitely use him again in the future.

We didn't request this at all, and if they had intended to do it, they did not consult with us first but they simply did it. No company that we've ever contracted with ever simply unilaterally started doing things on their own without first notifying the homeowner of what they were going to do before they did it even if there were a contract or anything the homeowner was consulted first of what was going to be done first before the work started. The workers just literally took it on it on themselves, as if they live here , and start chopping ...extremely disappointed and extremely disturbing. Upon complaining to the manager, the manager came out to our home , very belligerent, refused to listen and said it was nothing wrong. We asked him to leave our property. He would not and we had to called law-enforcement to have him removed from my property . We do not want anything further to do with this company and we cancelled our contract forthwith .
