Ben and the crew worked quickly and efficiently to deliver a quality road surface for our neighborhood. Immediately upon completion, we received 1 1/2 inches of rain which proved the value of their grading, but also caused them to do further additions to our construction in bank a ditch across a wooded area assisting runoff to an existing culvert. On their own, they improved the aesthetic look of our entrance to the main road and leveled the area along our mailboxes. We highly recommend Andrews Grading and Excavating for all of your road building and renovation needs. They will exceed expectations!

His prices are very reasonable and I cant imagine the work being done better by anyone else. Not only did he complete the project in the planned time, but he went above and beyond in a number of ways including stacking our logs into different piles for future milling vs. firewood and lining the driveway with large excavated rocks. He even handled himself professionally when we had an unexpected visit from a neighbor who was checking in on the project. There is no doubt we will be using Price Land Management Solutions for future projects.

We chose Piedmont based on rave reviews from our neighbors who have Piedmont roofs ranging from 2 to 10 years old. And the estimate was quite competitive. Everyone was professional and helpful and they went out of their way to fit us into the schedule. They patiently answered all of our many questions and were unfailingly responsive and knowledgeable. The work crew showed up when they said they would and worked carefully, doing a thorough cleanup each evening. We had a couple of rain days to work around and they did a good job of keeping everything water-tight in between. The new roof looks great and we fully expect it will do its job of keeping our house dry and protected for many years. There were no surprises with the final cost. Highly recommended!

I used Trust Construction to renovate the entire interior of a new house that I purchased. I paid…read moreTrust Construction over $50k in labor to install a totally new kitchen, replace all floors throughout, renovate master bathroom, finish out basement, paint throughout, install recessed lights, etc. My primary point of contact was Daniel Fallah who is the owner of Trust Construction. Before I go into the negatives, I do want to give a shout out to Pedro and his team. They were amazing in installing my bathroom, kitchen, and painting my entire house. Daniel is very lucky to have him as a subcontractor. So, what went WRONG? The fact is Daniel has minimum to no experience in interior home renovation as the entire project was renovated by subcontractors while Daniel took the money. Although Pedro was amazing, Daniel brought in a terrible contractor to install my wood floors and stain my stairs and rails. The staining of my staircase has a bunch of issues (stain peeled off, the rails were all scratched up, the stairs have terrible sand marks, and gaps started to form after only 3 months). I gave Daniel THREE chances to come evaluate the work and resolve the issues. Instead of re-evaluating and getting a new contractor to redo the work, he decided to bring the same person repeatedly, and they continued to cause issues. Here are the pictures as proof of the terrible job that was done. It goes without saying that after three tries, I gave up on having Daniel try to fix it and wanted a refund to fix the stairs. I even tried meeting him half way (which I thought was a very reasonable offer given it'd cost me more to find someone else to fix the issue). I got confirmation from the other contractor that the sanding of my staircases was done poorly, and the entire work needs to be redone to ensure consistent stain color. Daniel refused my request for a refund for the stairs and tried to upsell me on roof work. Why in the world would I want additional work to be done and want to pay him more money. This will be my last time ever doing business with Trust Construction, and I will not recommend them to friends and family. Daniel doesn't know what he's doing and is just trying to collect money.

The price he charged was in-line with what I expected; it's his availability and willingness to make room in his schedule that stood out. Seriously: this is how you build long-term customers.
