The top was bone dry and not like the other times I have ordered this in the past. My spouse and I had to make cream of mushroom soup to try and improve gravy to save the dish at home. I was not impressed, so giving the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. I called and spoke to a young lady. Just wanting to inform them something was wrong with the order. In case they wondered why a refund was requested. I got a whole unprompted defensive speel from her and was told the next time I order I need to ask for it. I ended the call as the feedback was not being received. She wanted my name and number I felt like if I provided it I would have been put on a shitlist. So instead of getting a headsup about a problem, I was made to feel like the feedback was less the receptive. Like holy moly. Yah no, I wont be spending 22+ dollars again. I usually go with extra pickles on the wrap and they are generous with the toppings and garlic sauce. I really like how they put the wrap on the grill after to heat it up. It creates a really good texture and gives the wrap and nice charcoal taste. I also enjoy their salads. You can literally get a huge salad topped with veggies and pickles and a pile of garlic sauce on top. It's DELISH! No complaints. Food has been great.

That said, on NYE, advertised to go on from 7pm to 1am to ring in the new year, things went awry, then chaotic, due specifically to the actions of the owner of the restaurant. The owner turned the volume up Very Loud during the 10:45 break, and cancelled the musicians (who had a long-standing gig with them) at 11:15. We were told live entertainment until 1 am. It was almost as if the owner wanted to drive us away. Over two-thirds of the customers there at that point had NYE event tickets, and needless to say, none of us stayed after that. My spouse regretted not having her earplugs. The one person who dared ask for a partial refund (no entertainment past 10:45, advertised champagne at midnight) got kicked out with a near-physical altercation with the owner and banned by email the next day from the restaurant. A server who tried to settle things down was pushed aside by the owner and threatened with being fired. The musicians were disrespected in that while I am told they were to be paid for the entire gig, they were left cooling their heels between 11 when they wanted to start the next set and 11:15 when they were told to pack up--it was over. Nothing was said to our server who was shocked when many of us asked for our bills, and I feel that the wait staff, who tried their best, were also disrespected. I cannot recommend this restaurant again.
