Arrived on a Sunday evening around 8pm. Plenty of open seating and we were seated right away. The server immediately welcomed us and took our drink order. The salad bar has a variety of options but a little lackluster. I wish they had a better soup choice (was a tomato broth of some type). Everything at the bar was fresh and prepared properly. The meat selection was superb. The meat was seated and seasoned to perfection. The meat choices came fast and furious and there was little time to breathe between cuts. Several garnishes were included at the table and of course those delicious cheesy breads. The server was prompt and kept the glasses full. New plates were exchanged for used ones on a regular basis. The caprihina was excellent and just one glass will knock your shoes off. Excellent experience and would definitely recommend to others. The staff also spoke English for the foreign visitors.

Nice food, all prime meat, and nice service, very enjoyable. Must come back in future.

Cambalache is an Argentine steakhouse, which is reflected in the style of grilling their meats (over an open flame, which can be viewed at the back of the restaurant), and the service of the meat itself (a La plancha, at the table). We chose the ribeye (600-700g) to share. It was perfectly cooked to medium temperature, and sliced for us tableside. A beautiful cut of meat, and very flavorful. The side dishes were tasty, too (the soufflé potatoes are a signature, and they're fun to try/share). Speaking of tableside prep, I highly recommend saving room for the strawberries Romanoff - our server spent about 20 minutes whipping a combination of vanilla Haagen Dazs, Grand Marnier, cream, and fresh-sliced strawberries into a fluffy concoction that was divinely yummy. Our youngest diner insisted on coming back to Cambalache a second time, a week later, just to have it again. It's not on the regular postre menu, so be sure to ask your server about it.

There is a tip box attached to the wall on the left of the doors. The milansa chicken was a big portion and it looked great. The beef was tender and flavorful. I did not have any chicken from the grill and I'm not a big fan of the sausages. It was still good. The service was great but the staff does not speak much English per one of the Google reviews I saw when searching for an Argentinian cuisine. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get and the bread basket was great. The restaurant pretty emptied when we came at 7:30pm for our reservation but it slowly filled up. I like that they have a children's menu and that the menu was dual language. The online menu was easier to follow than the physical menu.

We chose to sit in the outdoor seating area unfortunately we were bit by mosquitoes. Our waiter was very professional and attentive. They had excellent wine selection as well as alcoholic beverages. There was only two of us, but yet we still chose to go with the grilled meats options, which comes with five variety of cuts. Rib meat, filet mignon, sirloin, and flank steak. Our waiter warned us that that will be too much food, but we insisted and he was absolutely right. We also ordered a baked potato and a cream spinach. Cream spinach is the style in which the spinach leaves are left in tact as opposed to someplace in the US where the spinach is finely chopped. The meat was served over a hot charcoal grill that was brought to our table. If you choose to keep the meat warm or cook it further you can because the grill is hot enough to cook on it. My favorite meat turned out to be the rib meat as it is more fatty, and it was well salted. Filet mignon was good and lean as it should be. None of the meat were marinated. I believe the only marinade used was salt pepper in some garlic. they also asked us if we wanted to get local Mexican meat or import meat. After inquiry, I discovered that import means US imported meat. We chose the local meet and it was perfect .

I called for an Uber to take me to Palominos (Steakhouse $$$ & Highly rated.) He dropped us off and we got out, and walked in sat down. The atmosphere is great! They kept directing us to the salad bar. So finally I get up and go to the salad bar. Except its so much more than that. I lost count of how many, fine cheeses, salads, pasta, breads, olives, carpaccio's at least 3? 2 different soups. and on and on. Then I see the guys coming by with the grilled meats that they slice on to your plate. And I realized we were not where we thought we were! We were at Rodizio's! But I was so blown away by the service and the foods. I could not believe my eyes. They will not let you pour your water or wine. And every time you sit down someone is there to lay your napkin on your lap. The service was so over the top, it was almost uncomfortable. Almost. The guys were funny and quite a few could speak passing english. I was surprised to find out there was not 1 single review on Yelp. Thats why I decided to write one. Someone has to let people know this place is amazing! Just to give you an idea on cost 1 bottle of wine @ $650 pesos (Casa Madero cab/merlot blend, sweet and rich. wow.) And 3 cokes, 1 bottle of water, and the meat and buffet experience was $1700 before tip. Go here if you want to have great service and food. People were dressed in business casual. You wont be disappointed.

Our bench table overlooked the rest of the venue. So colorful and breathtaking!! Love all the Instagrammable plant walls with neon lights. The menu for this place is insane. So many different vendors to order from. The waitress came by, and I gave my partner the freedom to order a cocktail for me. And our shared food, for that matter. The cocktail was pretty good. I'm especially obsessed with the stylish mug it came in. For dinner, we shared a Brazilian dish containing stredded beef, black beans, white rice, egg, yucca, and plantains. SOOOO delicious. My mouth waters just writing this review. Service is great but slow as expected in CDMX. Overall I can't wait to come back and try many more menu items!!

Well that's not all the Brazilian cuisine has to offer but as an expat you dream about those flavors, and believe me Brazuca would make the pain go away. If you are craving a nice picanha, or perhaps some pão de queijo this is the place to find it. The deal here is: you pay a set price per person and you are now on the "all you can eat" zone. The waiters are going to bring the meat, and you can help yourself with rice and beans. They also bring portions of coxinha, pão de queijo, mandioca and other snacks and salad. If you want some more just ask, in the end you can't have enough coixinhas. Missing a caipirinha? Not a problem, they have cachaça, sugar and are ready to make you sweat! Getting here is easy, since the restaurant is located in one of the busiest avenues in Mexico. You can take the Metrobus, or the metro itself and walk a couple of blocks. If you drive here, you will have trouble finding a parking spot, but if I am not mistaken they have a vallet service. Also great to watch Brazilian soccer matches. :D
