It's extremely frustrating dealing with roofing contractors. This was the second in as many days to let us down. We do have one coming out today, and will review that one as well. I called Schultheis Bros for an estimate. I got there name off of the trans website as an authorized installer. From beginning too end Schultheis Bros where professional and did an amazing job. The sales gal came wrote up an estimate and gave it to us on the spot. Wife and I said ok and about a few days later she came back with lead installer too check over everything too make sure everything was going to be ok for the instal. He decided we did not need as big a but heating int or as big a ac unit as our third floor is not vented. The installers where fast and friendly and did an amazing job. Says he will come days and doesn't, then doesn't call/text or respond to calls/texts until you've blown his phone up too many times. Then he gives you just enough to get you off his back and then still doesn't follow through. Claims he has materials he doesn't and claims he had to special order things and won't provide receipts when asked. The store says other wise that things were in fact not ordered and what materials he did drop off are incorrect and are in stock in the store. He offered a refund, we will see if we get that. We have been down to studs since beginning of September. Oh and he punctured a hole through a wall and didn't fix it. It has been a nightmare trying to get the correct materials or a refund so we can part ways with him. We will see if we get the refund he said he would give, if not we will be taking him to court for compensation. ​
