Every time we come here they always mess up our order. Can you please get some descent waitresses that take note of what the customer asks for. Their job is only to provide service for the customers. When a customer orders a pitcher a beer, it is expected to be delivered right away before the meal. Horrible service every time. So disappointing !!! Foghorns can be a very profitable fun eating establishment. Get rid of your management and waitresses that don't hustle and provide excellent service. read more

I can't believe how bad this place is. The chicken wings were dry and had no taste. My basket came with a forth of an inch of oil on the bottom. It was so gross. Would not recommend unless you JUST want to watch sports and drink. read more

Food was good, maybe a little better than average, but I wouldn't call it great. Although, the place was not packed the food came very slowly. Service was good, water glass stayed half full or more most of the visit. I didn't like that they limited the number of sauces you could get with out extra charges. For a first time visit to this Foghorns location, it was fantastic. Had a great bartender, Laura, that told me the specials and great suggestions from the menu. I've been to the fayetteville locations and always left happy. This was my first time at the Springdale Foghorns and I won't be back! The service was terrible and honestly it was overpriced. Our group went for our draft party, but the wifi wouldn't work in the back room so we had to move. Then the waitress assigned us numbers that anytime we ordered anything we have to give her our number first (there were 8 of us). It wasn't busy but we'd have to ask someone to get our waitress anytime we wanted something, meaning every single drink refill, because she never came by. She actually forgot to take some people's order all together! When the food arrived she didn't know where any of it went or even what the wing flavors were. My onion rings were burnt to a crisp, but the wings were decent. The only redeeming thing was my friends said their cheese curds were good. My bill was $17 for 6 wings and some burnt onion rings. Too pricey for that bad of service. read more

I visited Foghorns on Friday for the first time. My party ordered a hamburger, a Philly sandwich and mini corn dogs. None of us finished it because the food was subpar at best. I could have overlooked that, if my bill wasn't $45. We ordered no alcoholic beverages, just water and soft drinks. I have no problem spending good money at a nice place with good food. I do have a problem spending good money on food that is the quality of what you could find at a convenience store deli. The waitress was attentive but I will not be back. read more

I went here for lunch on Thursday. The 3 star rating is a little generous The Good: Home fries were good Traditional wings pretty tasty Atmosphere was good The Bad: Traditional wings were incredibly small 10 wings and an order of fires didn't put a dent in my appetite... I left hungry. The price and value is pretty bad My bill for 10 wings and small fries, and water was $14.25 without the tip, and I left hungry. The service.... I couldn't decide what to get as the 6-wing lunch special didn't sound very filling for $7.99. I asked if I could get 6 traditional wings vs 6 boneless wings for the special and she said no... But that wasn't a problem because people who always ask for substitutions I find a little annoying anyway, so I get it. What really ticked me off is that the server never mentioned they had $0.75 boneless wings on Thursdays's, though I was asking lots of questions and trying figure how I might get full without having a $20 lunch. I read it on a Yelp review after ordering. I asked the waitress about it, and explained that would have been great to know before ordering. She simply replied sharply... "yes, we have $0.75 wings on Thursdays, and they would have rung up that way had you ordered them". I noticed the special was not on the lunch menu she gave me, or on the regular menu, or anywhere else I saw...... So I'm guessing that's the managements plan, and just just a waitress that doesn't care. It's a good special to get people in the door, but once you got them in there why point out a way to get more food and save money if they don't know. Had I gotten full on my $16.25 lunch ($2 tip included), I guess I wouldn't be so bitter about no one pointing out the special. I think I could have gotten full at that same price on $0.75 boneless wings had I known. Disappointing and a little sketchy! read more

I had high expectations for this place after reading positive comments. Our experience was anything but positive. My husband ordered the 2 chicken strips and 3 wings plate with potatoe chips. I ordered the beef nachos. It took 43 minutes for our food and that was after asking, for the most part, our missing waitress and another waitress if they would check on our food. There were several tables around us that had been seated much later than we had and had already received their food! Our waitress didn't offer to compensate us for our wait. When it finally arrived, my nachos had chicken instead of beef on them and my husband received fries instead of the chips he had ordered. Our waitress acted like it made her mad that we told her our order was wrong. So I waited another 10 minutes for the nachos! These were just ok at best. I will never go here again and again the waitress never once asked if we wanted to see the manager or if she could do anything to compensate us for the poor service. Don't go here!!!! read more

I had the "fish special" today for lunch and might have been the worst fish I have ever had. Not kidding, but each piece of fish was literally 4 inches long and about one inch wide. Had 3 pieces. Not enough to feed a bird. The mgr said to put it on a comment card. Good thing the fries and salsa were good or it would have been a one star. read more

While traveling through we stopped for lunch. Nice atmosphere and the food was good and plenty of it. Our waitress, Joy, was attentive and very friendly. If ever in this area we will definitely come back. The selection of sauces truly are amazing and not just for wings. Our group ordered a wrap, pulled pork and the deluxe Mac and cheese. My family and I love Foghorns. We have been long time customers of all of the locations. The food is always great. The few times we may have had issues (yes, they are human), they were fixed as quickly as possible. The owner has done a wonderful job hiring quality staff and training them well.
