Ordered Lemonade 2 Bloody Marys Boneless wings Cheese dip Wedges First the drinks took entirely too long 15 minutes Bloody Mary didn't have the veggies it normally had on the first one The second Bloody drink took another 15 minutes it did have veggies. My water and lemonade ran dry multiple times for 10 minutes or more. Wings and wedges took 50 minutes to get from entry. Missed the Hatch chilli cheese dip altogether no compensation just a sorry and another 10-15 minutes to wait. Shyann was overwhelmed and terrible. Nice person but sheesh. Completely understaffed restaurant or poorly managed. I drove around the building when leaving and multiple cooks were out back screwing around and smoking. Now I know what took so long. The management needs to be fired if Jan 1 with a 30% full restaurant is any indication of success. Cleanliness is a 6/10 as well. Screens were all showing different versions of the game which was good. And sound was decent. read more

This may be the best Buffalo Wild Wings in NWA. Our server was attentive, patient, and friendly. Food was fast and fresh. The manager came by our table twice to clear plates and check on us. We played trivia and won free food, and they have a great app with rewards too. Bathrooms were also clean. They also have a big outdoor side patio and are in a convenient location in Springdale. I will be honest, when I walked in to this BWW's, I wondered if I made a mistake. This location is run down. It is in bad need of a remodel. There were also a group of children in the main dining room that were running all over and actually throwing a ball around. It was a Tuesday night, and traditional wings were 1/2 price - so we decided to go ahead and stay. We got seated quickly and soon after our server, Jamesha, greeted us. We ordered our drinks and wings at her first visit to our table. She was very nice and friendly. While we waited for our wings, kids continued to rough house in the dining room. Several times they actually knocked into waiters and waitresses. I know a restaurant walks a fine line on when/how or whether they should be getting on to kids. In this case, the kids were being disruptive to the wait staff and all of the other tables in the main dining room. The manager should have said something, in my opinion. Thankfully, the family with the crazy kiddos left before we got our food. It took a little longer than normal to get our food, but Jamesha was great about keeping us updated. When our food came out, it was piping hot and perfectly prepared. We watched several other tables get their food, and honestly I have never seen a BWW's put the effort into presentation of their food like this one did. The food coming out of this kitchen was so pretty! This BWW's has great people working there, who obviously take pride on what they do. WORST BWW EVER!!! I called today to order some lunch for a coworker and myself, and I was hung up on 3 times by a girl! I would start talking and she just hung up mid sentence! I called a few minutes later to hopefully get another worker, and it was a guy who was pretty nice. I placed my entire order with him and he told me the total was $57.40. For 20 wings. No drinks. I asked him why it was so much and he told me "Since there's a wing shortage, we are allowed to charge more". What a JOKE! Then he proceeds to tell me "We're super busy so I don't know when it'll be ready." I used to work here a couple years ago but at the Fayetteville location, and let me tell you I'd NEVER 1. Hang up on somebody repeatedly 2. Make up a claim that we can "charge more" 3. Tell a customer we're really busy so I don't know when it'll be ready. I keep giving BWW in Springdale a chance but this was the last straw. Hire some people that can do basic things like take orders and have decent customer service skills! We truly like BDubs. It has really been to long since we've been here. The food was delicious. They have really good daily deals. I come for the wings so usually stick with them. These were the absolute worst wings I've ever had. The only reason they got one star is the fried pickles were decent. Now I grew up in Buffalo NY. I attended a business college located across the street from the Anchor Bar, the restaurant that first introduced Buffalo Wings. Many hours were spent at the Anchor Bar drinking beer and eating wings. Now thats setting the bar high but it is what it is. The wings that were delivered were reheated!!! They were dried out, stringy, the meat and skin were pulled away from the bone In places. It was like eating chicken jerky. I've thrown out better wings then that. I had only ordered a six piece order and ended up throwing half out. They werent worth saving for a evening snack. I was warned not to go there but I didnt listen. Then to add insult to injury the next day I decided to call in a complaint. I asked the young lady that answered if I could talk to the manager and was informed that she was the manager. I started telling her about my experience and she let out a sigh of relief when she heard me say that I had placed my order through Door Dash. Fried pickles were very good as an appetizer- cornmeal breaded dill pickle slices fried and served with southwestern ranch dressing which has a slight spice (heat) to it. Ordered a Buffalo Blue Burger-burger topped with medium sauce and a generous amount of blue cheese dressing and crumbles. Beer was cold and hit the spot! Burger was very good especially when I added the blue cheese dressing which is served on the side. Service fair- waitress didn't write order down and had to check back twice to make sure she remembered correctly ( once on wet and once on food). I think a 1 star is much for this review, I have been to the Fayetteville, and the Bentonville location and never had this problem before, The Bartender named Madison Ignored me, several times acted like I was not there and the store was not even busy. I have seen new Bartender's handle themselves better, I received Bad customer service, was negative and I truly felt like a ghost when I was there and this was not the first time, I assumed the first couple of time's it was just a bad day, but this is a habit not just a bad day. I have had drinks that where watered down and have said something and she has looked at me like I was stupid. the Gm was rude and was unhelpful, unlike the former GM that use to be there he was amazing always helpful checking on us patron's smiling and kept up a good moral, The moral seems to be in the dumbs when I go in. There is one Bartender that I have come across that does serve with a smile and it always helpful and that is Alexis. I have gotten to where I Don't come here anymore because of the issue's that I see here. It is sad when I can only find 1 person that is willing to help and provide outstanding customer service. I have been going to Bdubs for a long time and this is one of the worst experience's I have had if I see Madison now I just turn around and walk out and find somewhere else to get lunch. when I go to lunch it is on average 30-50 dollars I feel like when I go to eat wings I feel like there should be a positive atmosphere which at this location seems hard to find, always finding staff members walking around and just straight up bitching it just is not a fun place to eat, I would not recommend my friends to go eat wings and watch football at all. again if Alexis isn't there I just turn around and walk out and I have talked to other patrons who have said the same thing. You know, we really like the Buffalo Wild Wings products, but this particular establishment lacks severely in customer service. We placed a to go order online and it was to be ready at 7:30. We arrived at 7:36 and we left the establishment at 7:48. I'm quite certain they had to prepare our order because the host had no idea about it. So we waited and went through the order with them. We had to ask for more vegetables bc for a $70 order there wasn't enough. They also had left off the sides of hot sauce requested. We hot home only to realize our appetizer was missing. This is upsetting. I called and the person in charge could not do a refund, so I had to wait 2 days for a mgr to call me back. They did call but did not leave a message. After the holidays, I called back and spoke with Cynthia a mgr. She was not aware of the situation. However, she was able to process a refund of 8.20 for the pickles. That was it! Wow! 3 phone calls and all I got was a pickle refund. Now I've been in the restaurant business before for 8 years and that is not an adequate refund or peace offering. This is not the first time I've been burned at this store either. No wonder they only have 2.5 stars! Don't go here unless you can dine in and make sure you get your monies worth! Found HAIRS! Yes, plural. We've always loved BWW even if the food is only good every fourth time we go there. We were really craving wings tonight and we ordered carry out and when we got home it was the wrong order on one of our dinners and then I'm eating the wrong order anyways because I'm hungry and I find a hair on the one wing I've bitten into. Yuck. But I think, maybe it's a fuzz that came off of my shirt ‍ then I check two more wings to find three hairs cooked into the skin of them. my fiend had this same experience there but we didn't want to believe it. I hardly ever complain but today my service and food was horrible. We arrived about approximately 8:00 PM on a Tuesday and it wasn't crowded nor as busy. It took awhile for a server to greet us and when he did he came off rudely and rushing. It took about 30 minutes for the appetizer to come out. In between waiting, the server hardly checked on us. It took an hour for our food to come out and it was cold. We also had several items of our order missing. We never once got an apology from the server or manager on duty. Probably my favorite BWW. I live in OKC area, but definitely visit this location anytime I'm in the area. They seem to have a better wait staff than normal, and even have updated their trivia equipment far beyond any of the other locations I've been to.
