There are gaps everywhere and the sales person didn't even have the integrity to come check it out and make it right. He said he was going to, but then didn't. They got their money and that's all they care about. I suggest using another company, but if you use them you should be onsite checking them as they go. As Alas-Co has stated in their response, I am not a professional insulation installer. They are correct, I'm not a professional, but I do know there shoudn't be uneven or missing spots, the spray foam shouldn't be separating from the walls and that they did not follow through on what I was told was going to be done. The project manager's "attempt" to make things better was to tell us over the phone that he was going to come inspect the project, but then he never actually came to inspect the project. As I stated at the beginning, one employee did do a very nice job and was very nice.

Alborn Construction knew NOTHING about weatherizing. Our home was like a wind tunnel of hot air escaping through these leaks. This time we had them come back and do some outside work to tighten our old home up even more. They came out a couple days later and one guy did the baffles and the vapor barrier that morning. Once our rock was hung, they quickly came out and blew in the attic insulation, which took less than an hour!
