I ordered online and asked how long it would take to ship to california, and it came a week earlier, and I was amazed at the way it was shrink wrapped with care. The measurements were exact to the tee. The foam was so firm that I am so happy. I got the firmest one called Lux foam high quality with the dacron wrap. Out the door, it was about half the cost of the local foam store in my area. For 2 sofas, it was $396.51. The local foam store wanted 980.00. I actually made an error in my measurements and had to cut the foam cushions 2 inches shorter, but it was so easy with a hack saw blade. read more

Great to work with and willing to go the extra mile for specific needs! I ordered a half pallet of XLPE full sheets skived in half as well as a bunch of skins that I glue onto the skived face. Upon arrival I noticed not all of the skins had the full black, shiny, textured face that I was expecting and needed. I reached out and they informed me that was normal. I ordered 10 more and explained that the black surface was crucial for the product I make and asked if they could send me only skins that have a fully black face. My mom wanted to buy a new couch because the back cushion on hers was super uncomfortable and way too 'mushy' to rest your back on, let alone hold it's shape. Being a senior citizen on a limited income, I suggested that we at least take the cushion to Foam Factory to see if this was something they could make better. So, I took it into the store with me and was quickly waited on. The guy knew exactly what I needed, took a measurement of the cushion, showed me a sample of the foam that would be used, how it would be fixed and wrote me up a quote. The price quote was very fair, so I asked what the turnaround time is on something like this. Expecting to hear 'about a week', he said in about an hour. Wow, that sounded great! About an hour later, I returned and I was blown away by the before and after difference of the cushion. I took it to my mom's, we put it on the couch, sat down and were impressed at the huge difference in the comfort level of the couch. I used to hate sitting on that couch and now, it's finally the way it should have been all along. What a savings for her to go this route. The store itself isn't much but then again, it is a factory where they sell their foam products to the public, so really, who needs a nicely decorated store with fancy displays and bright lights when you can browse their many products and select what you need off the shelves or have something specially made. The selection is more than I expected. Do you need a new foam bed pillow, or maybe a bed wedge? They have that. They have egg crate foam, foam for sound insulation, neck rolls, knee cushions, and many more items. I was impressed with all they have and all they can provide for you. There really is something for everybody here depending on your individual needs. They have foam sponges, foam animal cut outs for the kiddos, foam letters for decorating a kids room or a classroom, foam coasters.... They even have foam tablet holders to hold your iPad or tablet upright on your lap. Do you know someone who likes to read in bed? A great gift idea is a foam book holder to hold the book upright while lounging. They also have a ready to purchase decorative pillow selection and a selection of ready made cushions to grab and pay for. Other things can be made to order using your specifications. We walked out of there with what I considered to be a brand new back cushion for my mom's couch and I wish I would have suggested that to her years ago, but better late than never. If we ever have a need for something, the foam factory will definitely be first on our mind. It's definitely a money saving option to shop this way. Don't do what we did and wait forever to get something fixed. I just want to say thank you! I have been trying for several months to get upholstery foam to replace the ones in my camper. 2 other companies sent foam that was the incorrect size from what I had ordered and the 2nd was hugely taxed at the border. The camper was previously owned by a smoker and the foam was well past its best before date. Your product was easy to cut with an electric carving knife and then placed in the cleaned covers of my camper. Due to the high density of the foam they are a tight fit. We are taking the camper out for its first time this week since replacing the cushions and we are truly delighted with our cushions. I slept pain free and comfy! If your couch cushions are sagging, lousy and you couch looks sad, foam factory is a reasonably priced, attention to detail company who can help you. You will be so happy with your purchase. I wish I had gotten new foam last year!! I bought twins couches online from Wayfair 2 years ago to the month. While the price was good and the couch itself was good, and still is, the foam seat cushions never were good. Never firm or supportive and declined quickly. Fast forward 2 years later and when you sit, and are heavier than you should be, you are about sitting on the frame of the couch. So I decided after researching new couches, prices and my budget to get foam for one couch for a test run. I zipped open the cushion. With my sewing tape measure, I Measured the width, put my arm all the way in for the length and then the thickness. I admit I measured 2-3 times and the outside too. Had to get it right! I chose the Lux foam, the most expensive and most dense with Dacron wrap. The foam factory site says it's very very firm and recommended for those of the larger weight. I decided to go with it. One because I am heavier than I should be and my late 70 plus parents who are coming for the holidays had a hard time getting off the sofa last year. I checked out and a few days later got an email from Foam factory making sure I wanted the Lux dense foam, noting its firmness and recommendation it was for larger weights, and suggested to go with a less dense foam. I said I did want stay with the Lux foam It arrived a few days ago and I nervously and happily brought the box into my family room. I opened it, started to unwrap the tightly wrapped package while praying I measured correctly. I foam was wrapped and stapled beautifully all around In Dacron. I put a piece of plastic from the packing over the top of the foam and pulled the seat cover on. It was like putting on a tight glove, but it fit awesome. It was a perfect fit!! I did good Measuring!!. I pulled the plastic out of the case once I got the fabric cover on the top and side just a little. Got the rest of the cushion cover on and zipped closed. It wasn't as bad as I had envisioned it would be. I think the plastic on it to start it, is the key. I sat on it immediately. OMG what a difference!! Repeated for the other 2. What a difference!! The couch has new life!! It will last me several more years!! Is it firm... ohhhh yes it is!! It almost springs you up when you get off it. It is exactly what I wanted. No, you don't sink it.i don't want to sink in. I want to be able to easily get off the sofa. And it firmly supports you. It l will support my older parents and make getting up easier. Is it to firm for some? Probably. My 25 year old felt it was at first. But she proceeded to fold her leg and sit on it reading for an hour. I laid on the couch and loved it again. My body felt good laying on it, where it hadn't in over a year. No more dips, and my mid section lower and feeling like my hip was on the wood frame while I watched tv on my side. I ordered foam for the other couch and can't wait for it to arrive! That couch looks so sad now and I can't wait to give it new life. Don't waist your money on boards that go inside your existing cushion or other supports Get new foam. Is it the cheapest option? No. But it's not much more than those board things. Horrible service and unfair practices. I ordered the mattress to be 65 inches wide and 67 inches long to fit in the back of a pickup truck with a camper shell. The mattress they sent is almost 2 inches wider and longer than what was ordered and will not fit in my pickup truck, the tail gate will not even close. The vendor did not provide the item that was custom ordered. This item is more expensive than another foam mattress that are a stock mattress size, it was a custom order and should have been provided with the specifications as ordered. I tried again on Monday to resolve this with the vendor. I need to find a mattress ASAP and resolve this issue. They offered me a 20% discount or I could pack the item and return it fedex with their shipping label and they sent me a YouTube video to learn how to buy a large plastic vacuum seal bag for around $20...so says the video and use a powerful vacuum cleaner to shrink-wrap the mattress. The mattress is very heavy and even the video shows 2 fit younger individuals necessary for the process. I am 73 years old and have no one to assist me with the process of wrapping and packing the item. The vendor needs to take responsibility for their error and take care of packing and shipping the item back to their facility. read more
