It was so nice to actually talk to the person who is going to be installing the water heater rather than just making an appointment through an answering service. He's been installing water heaters for 20+ years. My husband and I originally wanted a tankless water heater, but Chris took the time to explain the pros and cons. I asked about other options and he explained various hot water tank options. Chris advised a high-recovery 50-gallon water heater alone would likely meet our needs, but we chose to add a mixing valve for even more available hot water. We have not run out of hot water yet, so I'm very happy. The installation took only about 40 minutes, and we couldn't be happier with the service, communication, and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Counting the business owner, three plumbers came today. This time my initial request was to replace two faucets. The plumbers who came to give an estimate a week ago discovered that the cold water valve needed replacing. Notice must be given to building residents 3-4 days in advance of water shutoffs per my HOA rules. A few months after the first time I needed this plumbing company, a contractor working on remodeling my kitchen should have found the valve problem. But since he did not, the silver lining is the quality of the work by this company. I have complete faith that the replacement valve will work perfectly since they installed it. They showed me the plastic valve they replaced and how it would not turn at all. We all liked the faucets I chose for them to install. In the bathroom my glass waterfall faucet has LED lights to indicate cold, warm and hot water. After installing it the plumber showed me a video of the lights working before I went in to try it myself. The kitchen faucet is a Moen which looks nice to start with, and has some great functionality. As the handle is turned for the water the head floats down a little. Then it is possible to select an angle for the head to remain, for example 45 degrees. It will stay in the selected position while the water runs. The owner took a video for himself! Besides the top quality of the work, I appreciate the polite and respectful manners of the owner and all the plumbers.

I normally haven't had great luck in my past experience with private companies, however, these guys have restored my confidence. My Wife had a Well-known company come out to fix our toilet, which was only a unit swap, nothing complicated, the tech they sent out tried gauging my wife and me for over $1000.00 for just taking the old unit out and installing the new unit which we bought on our own from Home Depot. Having previously worked in the industry in the past I knew this pricing was way out of wack, So we said our goodbyes to the young man, and paid his $98 undeserved show-up fee! ( Due to his obvious attempt to gauge us.) However, there was this silver lining in this mess, Donald and Colton of LM Plumping, I highly recommend them, they provided a more than fair estimate, and went the extra mile to accommodate all of our needs, in fact, went above and beyond them after opening up the box and discovering that the new unit had a crack in the tank (something that Happened at home depot) They without hesitation volunteer to exchange the unit themselves, which they did promptly and returned to my home and had the job done in less than twenty mins, in closing, asking the tech from the previous company how he derived at his pricing his defense was that he worked by the hour, I laughed thinking that at those rates he was paid more than or as much as a brain surgeon, which he was not! Keep up the wonderful work Donald and Colton,

What I appreciated most was that while working efficiently, the technician took the time to explain exactly why each repair was necessary. He quickly replaced the flame sensor and the igniter, getting the system back up and running in no time. He also noticed that the pressure in our underfloor heating system was insufficient, which could cause air bubbles and eventually damage the water pump over time, so he kindly adjusted and increased the pressure for us. In addition to the quick fixes, he provided valuable maintenance advice, explaining how often a gas water heater should be serviced. He also detailed why DIY maintenance is not recommended and why professional service is crucial for safety and longevity. The service was highly professional, efficient, and educational. I am very satisfied with their quality work and would highly recommend them!
