Gerber was able to get me in shockingly quickly and while there was some teensy slippage of the completion date (it was a holiday weekend and I think we're all familiar by now with supply chain issues and it was only one day, so no big deal) the work was great and their coordination with Enterprise rentals was also an incredible convenience. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly pleasant. We live in the real world and cars have a lot of pieces so it's perhaps not surprising that things weren't quite 100% on the first go round. I had a very minor issue with a piece of trim that wasn't quite tacked down as much as it needed to be that I discovered after the fact. They were able to correct the same day I brought it to their attention and was covered by their satisfaction guarantee. No skepticism, no blame, no run around, they took it for a test drive, figured it out quickly, and now my car is probably quieter than it was when I brought it in.

Mine was installed today, the brand name is Fuyao. I wish I could get original Toyota one. I even mentioned to them that I almost installed at Toyota dealership. Had my windshield damaged by a rock on the highway and replacement was handled through my insurance. The reservation process couldn't have been easier--everything was set up in minutes without me having to do much at all. When I arrived, check-in was fast and smooth. The staff was ready for me, and they got started on the repair right away. The whole process was quicker than I expected, and the quality of work looks great. Please note that I choose morning appointment. And it gets busier around 9 am. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had just what I needed to pass the time--nothing fancy, but definitely decent. They have a couple tables, where I can do my work while waiting. They also provide coffee. I anticipate about 3hrs (that's what they told me) since they need to recalibrate the windshield as well BUT it's ended up quicker than expected. Overall, a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish. Since I am covered by my insurance, I can only guess that they have a reasonable pricing. Would recommend!

There is no turn around area to leave early. The excuse was being short handled. Not acceptable. There was a commercial vehicle in line when I got there and they still had not gone through when I left. The 10 minute oil change was 30 minutes per car. Customer service was totally lacking. Not angry, but very disappointed.
