I was very disappointed with the quality of the installation and overall service. The amplifier…read moreinstallation took over seven hours and cost $600, yet the workmanship appeared rushed and unprofessional. The amp was secured with only a single screw directly into the carpet, which does not properly hold it in place or allow for adequate airflow. The wiring quality was also poor. Cheap butt connectors were used to connect the stereo wiring to the head unit, and one of the rear driver-side wires was simply cut and left unconnected. After informing the installer that the amp was producing noise and did not sound right, instead of addressing the issue, they suggested additional work and attempted to sell me on installing a subwoofer. Additionally, they were unable to connect the wiring needed for my backup camera to function, and they did not reposition the USB cable for easier access, despite it only needing to be moved a few inches. Overall, I expected much higher quality work and better attention to detail for the amount charged.

I went to them to get a radiator and t-stat swapped out along with replace the battery, and I had an issue with the steering. I payed for the diagnostic. Originally they gave me an outrageous quote, I think they tried to price me out the roof just to make me walk. That estimate was close to 7k so I told them I couldn't afford It. I also asked Jeff if they had ever done a rack and pinion before and he said yes once for his son's vehicle. This made me start to lose confidence because that can be dangerous for me if not done correctly. He said he would get back with a price for that but never did. Then they called me a couple months later with an attitude about why I haven't decided to move forward or not with work because the vehicle had been there. I told them I travel for work so I would be willing to pay a storage fee and get the work done in segments. They said "that would be ok", but they still didn't give me a price for the rack and pinion. I was waiting for a price to change rack and pinion like I was promised, instead I get another voicemail of Jeffs attitude saying he's waiting on me to move forward or not. I returned the call and told him that I was waiting to hear back with a price for rack and pinion, apparently he was helping his son for Christmas or whatever excuse he gave me. Even after all that, I said ok we can start with the battery replacement and even though I provided the battery, they still charged me over $300 for labor. It can't take more than 30 min to swap out my cars battery I've done it before without the tools they have. After dealing with the attitude from Jeff and paying that crazy amount for the battery, I went and got a 2nd opinion, the 2nd opinion was way more reasonable and they even gave me an option to get the parts myself and only pay for labor unlike JSN. After I got the 2nd opinion I decided to decline JSNs ridiculous estimate and I still offered to pay for storage since I'm always traveling. I was told by Ken "its fine, I'll let Jeff know" and "it wouldn't be much". Apparently Ken never spoke to Jeff, or Jeff's memory is horrible. I say that because about a month later I get another nasty voicemail from Jeff threatening to tow my vehicle. I returned the phone call and Jeff is obviously frustrated and he said nothing about rack and pinion price and even though I gave him proof of the person I spoke to and the time and Date, he resorted to just saying "I'm tired of looking at the thing" in reference to my vehicle. They dropped the ball multiple times and then treated a paying customer like a nagging child while failing to communicate. After this experience I'm not surprised of the 3 star rating. Ken was great but Jeff needs to cool down or retire if he's not going to learn how to treat people who need his company's services, If this how he treats paying customers, then God bless His Son!

They send you Reminders, they greet you at the door, they take down your information and show you to the waiting room. You get constant updates and never have to wait Lawn for service. Their service manager Jimmy is very professional and helpful. This was a return visit for me because I did a tire rotation and noticed that the car was pulling left after the rotation. Again, they got me back within two days did several tests on the tires, took it for a drive and rotated it again and determined that the issue was with the tire, which I didn't buy from them and they put everything back the way it was originally and never charged me anything. Something unheard of in today's world. I would definitely recommend Volvo of Sarasota again for their professionalism pricing and service.
