Even though the store was busy on a Saturday, almost soon as I walked in, I was greeted and being helped. I had no real idea what I was looking for besides for what was on the list I was given, but the girl helping me knew exactly what I needed and started getting them for me one-by-one. That customer service is unacceptable. Wasn't helpful at all. Didn't want to tell me her name at first. When I asked her name her response was I'm the manager. Ideal has been around for years and my parents use to go here for my uniforms.
