It's gorgeous inside with tons of curated choices and recommendations made by staff members. Service was so efficient and friendly! They had tons of new titles, as well as a decent-sized "used book" section. And upstairs?? So gorgeous. If you need stationary, cards, small gifts or art this is truly a fantastic one stop shop! There is even a concierge there to answer any questions about services or restaurants, perhaps because the building once housed the Lancaster Visitors Center. A charming place with international cuisine, including Indian, Greek, Jamaican, Asian, and Moroccan, to name a few. The food hall is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Lancaster has plenty of affordable parking in the Hager lot or several parking garages. I find using a parking App helpful.

The staff were wonderful to work with and the food was fun and tasty. I can't say enough about the experience. It's handicap accessible with tons of free parking. Truly beyond a 5 star experience!!

The space is separated into different stations and has a nice flow to it. We came on the weekend and although there were a lot of people, it never felt overcrowded or that that there was too long a wait for any of the exhibits. Admission is $13 per person which I think is fair. Overall my kids had a lot of fun and we would love to come back again in the future.
