She continually checks on your throughout the class and ensures you are doing poses correctly. The studio is spacious enough for her classes. I never feel cramped or crowded. She has yoga mats so no need to bring one or worry if you forgot yours at home. All of the other items she recommends to make sure you are comfortable with poses in class, she supplies. There is parking located in the front and back of the studio. If those spots are taken, there is parking on the street. There are some designated spots for other businesses in the plaza. Not only do they answer their phones but when you enter, they smile and go out of their way to help you. The instructor I had was Callie and she is incredibly patient, easy to follow and provided the perfect workout. I admit I am sore but I really enjoyed my first class and look forward to returning on Friday. Miami customer service is always horrible ... this is the not the case here!! I've already met the owner, Shana and her terrific son, Ozzie. I stopped by on Tuesday, signed up immediately with Ozzie and took my first class the next day. Sign up took about 2 minutes and they have a great intro package!! Only issue is the online platform but hey, they answer their phones so it doesn't matter! Oh and Ozzie said to call him and he'll help me fix the app. Wow!! This place is everything I would ever ask for in a business/ studio!!! If you need a new workout, you're tired of rude customer service or instructors that you cannot understand... I highly recommend you try this studio!!!

I've been…read moreSUPing for over 10 years, I completed ACA level 1 and 2 SUP instructor training previously, and I taught basic SUP myself for 4 years. I needed to renew my ACA instructor certification and wanted to get WPA instructor certification, so I did an ACA Level 1 and 2 SUP workshop and WPA level 1 SUP instructor training/certification with TFY. Meghan is the best SUP instructor/instructor trainer I've had. She's obviously very knowledgeable, but more importantly, she's also awesome at conveying that knowledge. We covered a huge amount of information in the ACA L1/2 workshop, but she made it manageable and easily understandable. The welcome letter she sends prior to class is very helpful and lets you know what to bring, the schedule, and what to expect. Her videos are also extremely helpful to watch beforehand. I thought the ACA workshop would be largely review for me, but I was surprised by how much I learned. She's also very upbeat, encouraging, and patient, and her low-pressure approach creates the perfect environment for learning. She taught high school math for 9 years, and I think her background in education plus her SUP knowledge and skills make her an outstanding instructor and instructor trainer. I'm looking forward to returning for ACA L1/2 instructor certification training.

He was a humble and loyal work associate and we met when he came over to inquire what I was reading on a break. If you are feeling connected and drawn to reiki, and you have found Vish, or he has found you - do not ignore the signs. He is connected in every way, he brings forth light and warmth. You will feel an instant connection - he is funny, charming, humble, kind and helpful. So generous. Exudes pure love. After my first session with him I began immediately healing from many of the addictions and subtle distresses in my life. I woke up bw 4-5 am shining for the first two weeks. He used all of his tools to show me the path, and you will feel how genuinely his gifts flow with him. I use his lessons every day. And its been months. if you are thinking of getting an atunement, Vish is the one to do it with. I was afraid, not sure if i was ready to be handed the power of reiki, i was wondering if it would work. I put my faith in Vish and was rewarded the most amazing experience in my life. From crystal sound bowls, to magical musical pyramids to tuning forks and the like, this was a totally transformative experience. I felt transported and yet grounded at the same time. In fact, I've even recommended Vishal to a few friends since my session. I do recommend making sure you have no plans for the rest of the day after your session. It was pretty intense, and I spent some time with people after but had to call it a night pretty early because I felt like I needed some quiet alone time. I researched a lot of teachers, but couldn't find the one that resonated with me. When I came across the Wellness Room page I was immediately drawn to their services. I decided to start small and attended one of the free reiki circles hosted on Tuesday nights to feel out the space and Fernando. It was an instant kismet situation. He holds a beautiful space for all who arrive, has a calm yet powerful energy and is eager to teach those who are hungry enough to learn. I then felt drawn to undergo a one-on-one past life regression, and "WHOA" is all I can say. I don't know about you, but I struggle with letting go, let alone being vulnerable in a space with someone who has the potential to view secrets I didn't even know reside in myself. Feeling comfortable and at ease with Fernando would be an understatement. He was professional beyond words, helped guide me through tough areas, and even allowed me time after the hypnosis to unpack a few things I didn't quite understand. I knew immediately the next steps would be reiki. His reiki class was well organized, very informative, and thought out. The way he teaches leaves you wanting more and eager to apply the teachings. He provides snacks and didn't mind that we picked his brain a bit after the class was over. There are hidden teachings within his teachings that allow you to have some food for thought even days after the class. His methods are traditional yet simple and I love the respect he shows the practice. He keeps the teachings very science base and strays away from going to woo woo. He also has the most comfortable cushions to sit on that support your back and hips in all areas.
