Took my wife on a flight for her birthday. Overall the communication with the company was good and…read morethe experience was nice. I agree with one of the previous customers -- it's a bit pricey for a 20 minute ride. The interior of the helicopter left something to be desired. The seats WERE NOT Luxurious. It was advertised as a romantic 23 mile flight. It sort of felt like we were riding in a Ford Kcar and definitely not a Mercedes or Cadillac of helicopters. A glass of $6.00 champagne was OK but hardly a romantic getaway. I was actually expecting a box of chocolates or even a red rose in the cockpit. Or even a pilot in a white captain's outfit. The pilot pointed out a couple of obvious landmarks. I assume if you are not from Cleveland his narration may have been a little bit more valuable. When we were back safely on ground, my wife pointed out the the pilot was looking at his smart phone in one hand while flying the helicopter with the other. Yes, that's unsettling. Again, it made for nice experience. Unless they come up with some additional amenities I personally believe that this will be a one time only experience with this company.

The flight itself was amazing. Our pilot Cody was a great…read moreguy and very informative. He coached us the whole way through and made us very comfortable. The only problem with the experience was with the customer service. And this seems to be an on going issue that has not been fixed yet. I spoke to three different guys in an hour and got different answers from them all for what was an easy fix. They were rude. They were passive. And honestly cheapened the experience. Celebrated Mother's Day and a birthday by signing up for City Brew Tours Cleveland. I knew I'd…read moreenjoy it, simply based on the company and the fact we'd be trying all kinds of different beers, but I underestimated just how educationally stimulating the experience would also be. Our Beer Guide was Christian, and he couldn't have been better! At each stop, we took a tour of their facility and learned about different phases of the beer brewing process. I had very little knowledge about the process going in, but by the end of it, I had a whole new appreciation for one of my favorite beverages. We stopped at Market Garden Brewery, Goldhorn Brewery, Collision Bend, and Brick & Barrel, and each stop educated us a little bit about the selected beers they offered, what they pair well with, etc. All told, we tried 13 different beers, and had some food pairings specifically at Collision Bend. In the end, it was well worth the money, the day was enjoyed by everyone involved, and I can't stress just how great Christian was at making the experience a memorable one. I can't wait to try another one of their tours in the near future! FWIW: if you enjoy IPAs, the Dead Man's Curve IPA from Goldhorn Brewery is fantastic!

We enjoyed this beer tour. We visited three local craft breweries. They were Gold Horn Brewery,…read moreBook House Brewery and Brick and Barrel. We sampled 13 beers on our tour. We also had soft pretzels at Gold Horn Brewery. Roger, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about beer and the brewing process. He was friendly and welcomed any and all questions. Our tour was full with 14 people and everyone lived in the Cleveland area. The tour van was very comfortable and we arrived at all of our destinations quickly. Our tour lasted approximately 3 1/2 hours. It was interesting talking with people and discussing the different beer options. For those interested in more than tasting, there was an in depth talk regarding the brewing process. We were required to wear closed toed shoes and we visited two of the brewery's brewing areas. I was a little disappointed at our stop at Brick and Barrel. It appeared that they were not expecting us and we could only find outdoor seating. It was chilly. Fortunately we were not there too long. We ended the tour where we started at the Double Tree downtown. We had good beer and good conversation. It was a nice evening.

This is by far the BEST boat experience in Cleveland!…read more We definitely will be back! It's an awesome way to enjoy a sunny day, a holiday, a special occasion (have friends join- Birthday, Anniversary, etc) and it was an incredible way to see the Labor Day Airshow!! If you don't own your own boat (sailboat, pontoon, etc) this is the next best thing! NOT sure why folks are complaining about the price- the price is SUPER reasonable for a 2 hour + boat ride AND for a smaller boat (compared to the huge Lady Caroline and GoodTime) AND for a boat where you don't have to pay for overpriced drinks (what's wrong with that?). NOTE: yes there is a chance the trip might be cancelled IF a minimum # of people do not sign up BUT when you register you can tell how many have already signed up AND if the weather is decent, most likely it will be a go AND they notify you 48 hours in advance IF cancelled. Stop complaining folks! READ the details AND don't sign up if you are not interested.

So true! I agree with others statements as I've copied below:…read more SO - It's basically a case of "Make a reservation and give us your money. You might be able to take the trip you paid for, but maybe not. If you can't, you're welcome to take a different trip that is totally inconvenient you, but it works better for us, so who cares? If we cancel, we'll probably let you know a few days in advance, but you should probably have a backup plan." Plus, if going out for a fun trip, i don't want to have to bring all my drinks etc. I prefer other options. Camping port a potties are not my style Cute concept but very expensive with a mandated tip before you can book. If you book be sure to buy the added cancellation insurance or they just cancel out if not enough people booking,
