There's a water and coffee bar to get refreshed before the girls take you back. The lash beds have a nice thick foam padding so you're extremely comfortable during your service. Honestly, I REALLY wanted to love this place. I had been getting my lashes elsewhere for about 5 years but the commute was getting a little rough, so I decided to come here since it's much closer to me. In the beginning I really liked my lashes. They looked natural and wispie, but they did not last on me past 2 weeks. I decided to keep going thinking maybe I just went through a shedding cycle but every time I went the same thing happened. Tons of them would fall out, even after just leaving the place. Sadly, I had recommended them to a couple friends who had the same problem with their lashes not even staying on them over a week. $185 dollars down the drain. My moms lashes were done by Elisha. The next day 4 lashes came off, we messaged Elisha and right away as other reviews state she started mentioning home care. She didn't once mention she would fix any or politely respond back. My mom did exactly what they instructed her so they're obviously doing something wrong since so many reviews state the same! I have been getting lashed for 3 years and was very disappointed with my experience here. Less than a week after getting my lashes filled more than half of them had fallen out. I am very good about maintaining and taking care of my lashes, so I was very frustrated. I contacted my lash artist and she didn't offer to take a look at them or help fix the problem. Instead, she asked if I was doing anything wrong (I.e pulling, tugging, using make up with oil, etc). I felt this was very unprofessional and not an example of good customer service. All the girls that work at flutter are absolutely amazing. I feel like a totally different person when I walk out. I always feel confident and amazing. I made the decision to try lash extensions for my birthday. Now I have been going to Elisha, consistently, for a year for my lash extensions. So I can confidently say you will LOVE her work. I constantly get asked about my lashes, even by ladies who have extensions themselves! I always refer them to FlutterLash, it's adorable, clean, and the service you will receive is amazing. I tend to get the same questions about extensions, so if you are on the fence I can tell you that 1) No, your eyes do not feel any different with extension from when you just have your normal lashes 2) Yes, I still workout, shower and sleep almost the same as before lashes (I'm a little more cautious not to rub or mess with my eyes) 3) I do not wear any mascara or curl my lashes 4) The extensions shed with your natural lash cycle so usually around 2-3 weeks you will need a fill to make them look nice and full again. And 5) If you have a good lash tech the integrity of your natural lashes will not suffer. Elisha is particular about her work and very knowledgeable. In a year I have not had any natural lash damage and my lash extensions always look amazing. I am very selective and used to drive an hour to Brentwood to get my lashes done. What I love about this place is the absolute cooperative spirit every lash artist has here. If I can't get in with one person, they make sure someone else is available. No weirdness or competitiveness between the others! That reflects very well on the owner! I texted her and told her about how I was nervous. She was very nice and assured me that they use different glue for the lashes if I was scared about allergies.
