The staff is nice, the place is really cute and clean. Faux mink fills are too much at $70.

Tried two other places before I could get in here. Very popular spot and rightfully so. Lindsey is my girl and owner. She is not only a perfectionist but also takes time to educate you on proper maintenance and products. Full service and beyond. Their expansion will be needed and look forward to the new services offered. read more

They went above and beyond me asking for a skin glue test and put on just a couple lashes to test

I went to Flutter and Wink for my very first time getting eyelash extensions, and safe to say I'm OBSESSED! Everyone was so welcoming, the staff was very friendly, and the environment was very clean! They know what they're doing!!! I've already recommended many friends to check them out. Even my grandma set up her very first appointment. You guys rock!! read more

I got a brow wax and a lash tint. The girls here are super friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait to come back for m next treatment!

I went in for my first time today to have an eyelash extension done by Ashlyn. The service was amazing. All the girls were extremely friendly, caring and helpful. The place was beautifully decorated, and the cleanliness was off the charts! Ashlyn took her time with me, making sure I was well taken care of, and did her very best. I am so happy with my results! I will definitely be coming back to Flutter and Wink! read more

I've had some really bad spray tans before and was honestly pretty skeptical, but Courtney gave me the prettiest spray tan I've ever had! I did not feel uncomfortable or nervous, she explained everything she was doing as she was doing it, the store is so cute and girly. Definitely will be back! A++++ read more

I reached out again and the owner did take the time to get back to me about what was used. I stand by me assessment, that I wouldn't recommend it for someone with sensitive skin. (Or perhaps at least make sure that it's the more experienced professionals and not a newbie.) They're mostly polite and nice so if you have skin like Fort Knox, maybe you'll be just fine. (The place is calm and has a cute design.) read more

This place is amazing! I've had Tamara twice and Lyndsey once today. We had to cancel two appointments due to people being sick, and they worked me in today last minute. I ended up having to bring my two year old with me to the appointment with Lyndsey she was so accommodating and sweet to my daughter while she wiggled around on the bed. They are super fast and do amazing work. The facility is very clean and prices reasonable. Highly recommend Lyndsey and Tamara! read more

I love the effects of a lashlift and tint... Allows me to ditch the mascara and no more racoon eyes! I discovered this service a couple of years ago and am a regular customer. Michelle does a great job! read more

If you don't think Flutter and Wink is the best place on the planet to get your lashes done, you're wrong. Taylor is seriously amazing. My eyelashes look fabulous, and I constantly get compliments on how nice it must be to have naturally beautiful lashes. Little do they know, those bad boys are all Taylor's doing! The best part about getting your lashes done here isn't the heated bed or soothing music; it's the honesty, skill, and professionalism. Before you get your lashes done, you will fill out medical questionnaires, your eyelashes will be evaluated, and they will be completely honest with you. Trust me, you get what you pay for! If you're looking to get your lashes done and know they're being done right, you should pay them a visit :)! read more

Love my lashes. Taylor takes pride and care in doing my lashes she doesn't over burden my lashes to ensure they stay strong and healthy. I would recommend Taylor and Flutter & Wink to anyone! read more

I contacted Flutter and Wink on Tuesday, June 12th to set up an appointment, that appointment was confirmed for Thursday, June 14th at 5pm. I took off time from work yesterday to make sure I arrived on time, stood before 2 ladies for about 2-3 minutes before I was acknowledged by Shay, and proceeded to be told I did not have an appointment. However, there was a 3rd individual who approached and said, "I remember talking to you, you were scheduled with Michelle, I am not sure what happened....." Shay then stated, " it looks as if you canceled your appointment on June 7th..." I responded that would have been impossible since I had never contacted this business prior to June 12th and proceeded to show a text that I received from the salon on my phone. Shay walked away to call the owner of the salon, when she returned I was told there was nothing they could do and could not work me in at that time and that it was a booking system error. I can understand a computer error, unfortunately those things happen, I think it was the lack of concern and remorse on the part of the salon, and Shay's obvious need and want to dismiss me. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no solutions offered. I typically do not publish negative public comments about a business, but felt that this situation called for one. Hopefully the owner/manager of the salon will take a moment to read this and implement a bit of customer service training for her staff and herself. A phone call from the owner/manager to apologize for the situation would have gone a long way with me. read more

A total waste of $200. My "new" lashes looks like I just put mascara on my regular lashes. Did not get the look I promised and asked for. I also sat there for 3 hours in the chair. So not satisfied with the outcome. EPIC FAIL! read more

I had a full faux mink set with Priscilla and am SO happy with how they turned out. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and was very efficient. The facility is very clean and feels inviting. read more

Their services are amazing! All of the ladies are well educated and do not push you into anything that you don't want or genuinely don't need. My lashes always look fantastic and people ask me if they are real every day, seriously! They look incredibly natural and Are truly expertly applied. read more

I've been coming here for years and it's only gotten better. Lindsey was the only person I trusted forever! But over time I realized that Lindsey personally trains (meticulously) everyone that works here. I trusted that this is Lindsey's brand and she wouldn't put me in the hands of anyone that she didn't have the utmost confidence in. I have since had lash fills from Kayla and Casey and I have been thrilled every time! I am really picky and nervous about my lashes.... I drive all the way from Raleigh hills in Beaverton. I've tried a few other places closer to me, flutter and wink is really the best. Worth every penny and the drive. People compliment my lashes everyday and wonder how I grow real lashes so long. lol I always confess that it's extensions from Flutter and Wink. There is more to lash extensions than just gluing them on; flutter and wink takes the time to educate you on your lash health, how to make your extensions last and they care about keeping your actual eyelashes healthy along with your extensions. Helpful tip: book your full appointments in advance, as they can fill up a couple months in advance sometimes. Oh and I recently was able to try the hydrating collagen lip mask ($15) add on service, while I had my fill done, and my lips were gorgeous, full and smooth for about 3 days afterwards. I'd do it again. read more

I have had nothing but A plus service each and every time I come in. My stylist, Ashlyn, always does an amazing job. I would never even consider going anywhere else. read more

I loved this place but I'm totally bummed that they closed with no notice! I stopped by to see if they could do a quick brow wax and the place was empty, called and no one picked up. It was literally open yesterday. I hope my girls found good new places to work! read more

I have had sooo many compliments on my lashes I am absolutely hooked on them. My friends said they couldn't even tell they were extensions. Lindsay was awesome and did an amazing job. If you are thinking of getting lash extensions I highly recommend Lindsay at Flutter and Wink, you won't be disapointed. read more

Zandria went above and beyond what I expected. I had an allergic reaction to the glue. Horrible experience, but Zandria made it as comfortable as possible. She tried a couple different things, none unfortunately worked, but my experience with Zandria was awesome. She's very easy to talk to and makes you feel like you've know each other forever. Highly recommend. read more

Had my very first appt today with Kayla (or was it Shayla....sorry ) at Flutter and Wink for a fill and so happy I found her (on Yelp). If your eyelashes are becoming thinner as you age or just want to be glammed up, run, don't walk to this adorable studio. Soft, comfy and warmed beds to lay on and professional talented technicians all combine for a delightful application that will make you feel beautiful!! read more

I don't recommend this place for eyelash extensions to anyone. Im not biased about this place and not here to whine about poor business efforts. I'm just warning you what your getting yourself into before you blow a bunch of money. Don't get me wrong the girls are lovely and always have fantastic conversations, but that's pretty the only upside. You come in with a look your wanting to achieve but they never succeed. Every time I think that they're going to look fabulous I look in the mirror and like "that's it?" It doesn't even LOOK like they did anything. Every time I wanna go for a fuller look they always make some kind of excuse as to why they weren't able to, "I tried" or "ran out of time," however still giving you a ridiculous bill after the appointment. I don't wanna mention the pricing because it's absolutely absurd and such a knock off! Waste of money. Unless you can upkeep an eyelash fill every 2 weeks (cuz not to mention they don't last long), your otherwise forced to book a full eyelash appointment if you exceed more than 3 weeks from your last appt. Deal breaker. No thank you. Find people that are licensed that'll do it in your own home and for about 1/4 the price and higher quality. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. read more

Lindsay is incredible!! My lashes are naturally blonde and she makes them look naturally dark, curled and flawless every time!! I love flutter and wink! read more

Kayla Is amazing! She by far does the best lashes in town or for that matter in Washington. I have gotten tons of compliments and everyone thinks my lashes are natural. She is professional and talks you through the process. I left their feeling like a new person. Kayla is also really good about follow up and lash care. I'll follow her anywhere! read more

Just an update after reading Kelly R's suggestions in her review. I would just like to note that I did speak to the owner many times over the course of the year, not specially to "complain" per se' but to try to resolve the issues. She was one of the techs that did my fills on a pretty regular basis at the time. (I don't think she is currently as active doing the fills as she was at the time, unless she went back to it) so, point being, she was well aware of the issues, the different lashes, the different techniques, and the short term results I typically received. She is very nice and spoke sympathetically, but always made it sound like she didn't know what could have happened and this time should be better kind of attitude, which I always hoped would be true. She even suggest I try coming in every 2 weeks, but at 80 dollars per fill? Why should I have to do that? There was never any mention of working with me on pricing, or some kind of accommodation for all the times I was told one thing, and had a totally different result, and all the upsells (I'm not saying they were trying to upsell me on purpose but the resolution to my issues (or so I was told) always came with an application of a product or technique that was more expensive than I originally was getting, and sometimes it helped for an application here and there, but most times it did not. I felt it was due to the application process, or lack of lashes applied, leaving me so sparse in 3 weeks time I looked silly and then at fill in time, I was told there wasn't enough time to 'get me full again'-- yet I was paying top dollar for a Russian Volume Fill, their most expensive fill. They also tried to upsell me, at almost every visit, Grande Lashe, which they sell there to help grow my natural lashes to add the extensions to. Anyway, everyone there is nice, and I think they have a nice product, but I had fills done 2x in Arizona by a very experienced licensed Xtreme Lash Tech and trainer who nicely gave me her opinion (without bashing the ladies at Flutter and Wink) on why my lashes were not lasting the 3 weeks, and it was about the technique used to apply them, and each time the AZ tech applied the lash fills, they looked wonderful until it was time for the next fill. If I had this experience consistently at Flutter and Wink, I would most likely have continued with them. SHE made me want to fly to AZ and get my lashes done! I do like the look of the freshly applied lashes, even more so that the growth serum/mascara, but THAT much $ for inconsistent results and stylist hopping just wasn't how I wanted to spend my small budget of beauty cash! I appreciate your thoughts Kelly, and I am glad you got great customer service and they tried to find out what they could do better in your experience. Just didn't happen with mine, and honestly, maybe there just wasn't much they felt they could do? I just know, based on my Arizona experience, it was possible to get great looking lashes with this product that lasted 3 weeks. (Possibly longer?) read more
