Don't take them at their word for appointments or financing. I've had two jaw dropping (pun intended) experiences. Two or three years ago I had an appointment at 5:00 pm, at 5:30 I asked if they knew I was there and the receptionist asked me my name which I had given upon arriving . She went to check and when she came back she said they had another lady with the same name already in the chair. She checked to see whose appointment it was and it was, indeed mine. Then she preceded to tell me I'd have to reschedule. I felt they should have stayed late and taken me after the other woman, after all it was their fault. Just exactly how they did that when they call the day before, sounds fishy to me. The second time was in March of this year (2026). I need some new teeth and he had me make an appointment back in January and gave me a price. We worked out a payment plan and I came back on my scheduled day . They took the scans and everything seemed fine until I got to the desk and asked how much for my first payment. The girl looked up and to my surprise she said they weren't taking payments. I explained we had worked out a payment plan.They know me well so I asked why she didn't call me and she said they didn't know until that morning that they weren't taking payments anymore.I told her I couldn't hand over the half down so it was a no go. I was upset to say the least. After I got home I realized I didn't tell them not to send in the scans so I called them. After telling her to tell the dentist not to send in the scans I asked her if I could ask her a question and she said "yes". I asked her again why she didn't call me before my appointment and she said " we didn't know until right before you came in". I didn't say anything but I was just thinking , "get your story straight" .

After 1 visit here, my daughter LOVES the dentist. Every hygienist has been great, kind and are always giving positive reinforcement. So I looked into local pediatric dentist and this one seemed good. we went in with our family dentist care plan and the tooth that needed the fillling. they insisted that they needed to asses her themselves and since our insurance was going to cover it I said okay. They then proceeded to tell me that my daughter needed 6 fillings and 3 crown!!!! Again we see our family dentist every 6 months and get yearly xrays done. I felt completely overwhelmed when we left after the initial visit but knowing we needed the one tooth filled i agreed to a slow treatment plan with the first vist tackling the original tooth we went in for and one crown. They contacted my insurance and gave me our cost for everything. I then had my daughters new X-rays sent to our regular dentist since we had cleanings in just a few weeks. After the initial visit with Clarkston pediatric dentistry filling the original tooth we went in for our cleanings with our family dentist he took a look at her X-rays and said do not let them do anymore crowns since those teeth were baby teeth and not long for this wold. I felt horrible that I put my daughter through all that and almost let them give her a moth full of metal. Since then 2 of those teeth are very near falling out and one is already out. they also charged me more after I canceled the remaining appointments which were several weeks out. this was on top of the original payment I made and what my insurance paid. I see though that they are doing away with delta dental because they can not agree on prices and what they should charge for services. In my opinion this place is strictly in it for the money they will fill fill fill any tooth to get paid. Please be careful and get a second opinion if you get told a ridiculous amount of work that needs to be done on your child's mouth.

Dr. Rabban saw me right away when I had an emergency and got my care expedited coordinating with a oral surgeon. The staff here is very friendly and a lot of fun to be around. I felt well cared for and informed every step of the way. This is easily the best dental practice that I've ever had the pleasure to use. First, the office is EXTREMELY clean and very professional. I like the new style office where each patient area is in a defined space without having to be in a closed up room. They also have a slick tv screen for each dental chair, so you don't have to sit and stare at the drill the entire time. As for Dr. Brian Davidson's treatment expertise, I honestly have not ever been to a dentist that has ever given me as much confidence as he has. I have been to his office for routine repairs and emergency repairs, and every single time he has been extremely thorough and explained the procedures so that I can fully understand why he does things completely, rather than just fixing one tooth at a time. Dr. Amy has also helped to make my kids feel very comfortable in the dentist chair from a young age... which is always important to anyone looking for a good family dental center. I would imagine that it is easy to complain about services from your dentist given the nature of a dental visit... but I have to tell you, it is easy to recommend Dr. Brian and Dr. Amy Davidson.
