This is probably THE best dental office that you could ever find! And this is true after vising so…read moremany other offices, with whom I didn't want to continue having business for various reasons. The stuff is the one, who makes the atmosphere and your experience from your dental visit the most pleasant and unforgettable! Everyone is very kind, smiling and caring. Special Thanks to Dr. Natalya Brezden, who really takes care of you as a patient, listens to your concerns, and then only recommends a treatment that you actually need, which doesn't include any other unnecessary and irrelevant to your situation procedures/exams, which are aimed to rip off some extra money from your visit (as this is often done in other dental offices, who are only about money-making and not caring about their patients). Also special Thanks to Kristine, the hygienist: the only hygienist in the entire history of my teeth-cleaning appointments who actually cleaned my teeth and not just only used the general cleaning machine to "rinse" your teeth and make you think that your teeth are now good and clean for the next six month (as it is also done in other dental offices: they don't need you to have clean and healthy teeth: they need you to have cavities and other teeth-related problems so that you wouldn't do just a regular cleaning every six month, but would be involved in more procedures and, thus, would spend more money in their office on a yearly basis). Also, their office itself is very nicely designed, extremely clean (as if it was just built) and very spacious. Whoever wants to receive a pleasant experience and have healthy teeth, go to this office and you will Never regret and will want to come back to them again and again as I do now. Me and my family have found the dental office for our lifetime now.

I was referred to Dr. Anderson by a friend after first visiting a local dentist (I live in Bay…read moreCity) for a much-needed root canal. The local dentist's prices were outrageous; it was going to be over $3000 for the root canal and crown and they would only take $500 from insurance. Dr. Anderson got me in the next morning when I called in the afternoon. The outer appearance of the office made me hesitate because it's a little worn and not what you'd expect for a dentists office. The inside is plain and a bit dated, but the staff more than make up for the lack of typical dental office glitz. EVERYONE there goes out of their way to make sure you are happy with your treatment. I wound up going in for an emergency root canal the next morning because the pain wasn't subsiding, and Dr. Anderson made sure that I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. Over the course of the next week, I received multiple calls from the office: one the next day to make sure I was doing better and the pain had gone away, and then two others after I had called back with questions about my pain level, etc. Dr. Anderson also gives his patients his cell phone number and he made it very clear that if I had any pain issues or additional complications to call him immediately, even if its 2am. I haven't gotten the crown yet, but the first two procedures (root canal and temporary filling, then a second for the permanent filling) were about as painless as you could hope for, and both appointments were less than an hour. Dr. Anderson makes it very apparent that he prides himself on taking care of the patient, not just doing the dental work. Do not expect to see other patients during your appointment; he only books one patient per time slot and doesn't go back and forth from person to person, so there is no extra "waiting around for the doctor" time. His prices are also very reasonable. The root canal without insurance was around $800, and the crown is about the same cost. They will check with your insurance ahead of time to let you know what your copay is, and also allow you to break up the payments over multiple visits if possible.

He ruined my mouth! I paid him thousands for a bottom partial. He took over three years to get it…read moredone and it still wasn't right. He put the wrong posts in and on his dime sent me to a specialist to get them removed. He also said part of the plan was to cap my remaining bottom teeth, but then he said my teeth were too small. He also messed something up again and sent me to a specialist again on his dime to fix his errors. He did put the right clips in but didn't put them on correctly so my partial never fit and hurt. I complained that it wasn't right. So he dropped me as a patient. Now I paid like $6000+ for all this work. He wants to be paid up front for everything also! Should be a warning right there! But he did send me a check for $1000 in good faith payment. He knew I couldn't sue because he prolonged my work for over three years. He also at times said he couldn't numb my mouth and he pulled teeth and did a root canal with no Novocaine or anything. He traumatized me more than I can say. It has been three years but because my bottom teeth never were capped they broke so I go the courage to see a good REAL dentist. But it now is costing me a lot to fix Anderson's mistakes. When I told the Dentist I go to now what I was put through he looked amazed. I would not trust this office! Do not go there! They are not honest and all they want to do is get your money. They also did my daughter and Husbands teeth wrong. So they had to be fixed. Even more money for his mistakes! This Dentist ruined my life! I never even got a sorry from him. Just a check to shut me up. He should of paid me all my money back! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE FOR ANYTHING! They didn't even have a hygienist to clean teeth. He would take an x ray and call it a cleaning! What a horrible Dentist and Human Being!!!! I also agree with L M I wish I could give him no stars, because he doesn't even deserve one! I needed counseling after what he did to me! His office looks like it is from 1950's with no modern equipment in sight.
