I was extremely impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the waiting room and the efficiency and level of care my daughter received. She had some anxiety from a bad experience at a previous dentist and was immediately put at ease here. She left with a smile on her face. I was back last week with my other daughter and again same scenario. I was impressed with the entire office and experience. The hygienist was wonderful with my daughter and I really liked Dr Brad and the amount of time he took answering questions we had especially since it was a little more of orthodontics questions than dental since my daughter was switched from braces to Invisalign recently. However he was happy to answer any questions because he said his main concern was my daughter having the best smile possible. That says a lot to me when a dr will take extra time and not make you feel rushed or like you are bothering them.
