The facility's accessibility presents a slight challenge, requiring you to hike up a flight of…read morestairs, the area is a little sus as well, but the actual office environment is generally cozy& comfortable. There is an inconsistency in the administration of intravenous solutions, with uncertainty regarding the presence of actual nutrients and vitamins versus just saline. Furthermore, the staff does not proactively provide information or education regarding the contents of the vitamin packs being administered. Client interaction is limited to the insertion of the IV and a basic inquiry about well-being. Proactive communication regarding the specific benefits of the solutions being administered by a professional registered nurse, such as hydration, nutrition, in-between vigorous workouts, hangover recovery etc. I personally believe sharing their knowledge and or their experience, would you would significantly enhance overall visit, earn clients confidence.

I waited patiently for over an hour and a half, willingly to wait since I didn't have an app. Once the hour and a half passed, I got in line to ask if they would be able to see me since they close at 2pm. Maddy once again had a very passive aggressive attitude about how she made an announcement about appointments only but she never said she didn't have any openings for the day. So she told they wouldn't be able to see me for an IV today. WHAT?! I wasted my time waiting patiently for nothing?! And as soon as I mentioned where I could make a complaint, her attitude changed and even offered a discount. Like what?! Maddy, note to you, get better at multitasking and act less fragile, you should be customer service driven. I heard customers mumbling comments too on how unorganized this place is.

They claim they haven't received anything, but one of the receptionists in my doctor's office told me the real reason is that they have new software that loses the doctors' requests, so nobody is getting the approvals they need. This is a huge problem, and one that's been going on for months. When I was going through cancer treatment three years ago, Blue Zone was terrific. That is no longer the case.,
