Arrived at 4:12 pm and the place was closed. Called the service and they said the technician would be right there. At 4:26 the tech said he left but was coming back in 12 min. At 4:56 he said he was at the light in traffic. 5:04 pm he arrived. Went through some routine visit stuff - weight, blood pressure, medical questions. He said I would be a good candidate for Amnio. The cost would be $950 for the treatment but I may be able to get a discount. When I made the appointment I was promised a free consultation and one free treatment but the tech said no that was not possible. I showed him the text and email and he said one of his associates would get back to me. Still waiting! I guess this company does the bait and switch scheme to get customers. False advertising and false promises.

They have the best phlebotomist I've ever experienced and professional and pleasant staff. Dr Roy is an excellent internist with an in-house pharmacist offering a full range of crunchy natural traditional remedies along with traditional allopathic remedies where necessary. They do not take insurance but most of the lab tests he orders can be covered by my insurance. Most importantly to me, he's a well-read critical and inquisitive thinker who listens, orders the correct range of important lab tests & follows up personally through the portal to respond to questions, etc. If you are interested in root causes & trying supplements before pharma & surgery, he will work well with you. My first point of contact was Angela and she was a wealth of knowledge, empathy and laughs. I really appreciated having a 20 minute conversation that helped put me at ease as all of this is new to me. Angela also provided me with emails that thoroughly explained all that they offer as well as the cost. I love that they only take 7-8 clients a day as to keep the integrity of each visit. Your appointments are broken up into two sessions where the first consists of a meeting with Dr. Edgerton or his NP Denise. During this visit, they go over your concerns, medical history and any and all questions that you may have. You are then provided a request for labs which consists of a complete and total panel. During your second visit, they go over your labs and from there you discuss your options for treatment. While you may find another clinic in Austin, I can promise you that you will not receive the same level of care and treatment. A word of advice, read the reviews first! There is a reason this clinic has 5 stars on Yelp and Google.
