So Curaleaf Gettysburg can seriously go suck it! I have NEVER come across a more poorly organized…read moreand run dispensary as this one. They will ROUTINELY leave people waiting outside their front door without any kind of greeting for sometimes as long as 10 or 15 minutes, and then act like you're some kind of asshole when you point out how inapproriate and rude that is, and they have absolutely NO sense of expediency or efficiency. And they are always crying about being understaffed or complaining that their staff called out as reasons for making customers wait so long, yet I know several people who have tried to get jobs there who never even got callbacks. Well, tonight I finally had enough. I walked out before they brought me my order, because the guy went back to get the two measly carts I ordered in advance (you know, to save time) and then just left me standing there like an idiot while he piddled around in the back. And this was AFTER I waited in their goddamn waiting room (with six other people!) for over 10 minutes because there were only two people working. So I told them to "shove it up their asses" and walked out, effectively wasting 25 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Was it my best moment? Nope. But ask me if I care. They are the absolute WORST dispensary ever, and they need to be told how much they suck. And I know it won't make a difference to them, because people are gonna keep getting weed no matter what, and so far, they are the only game in town (at least until the new Sunnyside dispensary opens up.) But I will literally go out of my way and drive my ass half an hour over to a dispensary in Hanover or Camp Hill before I EVER step foot back inside that shithole again. I've had ENOUGH. People have LIVES, goddamnit, and a lot of us don't have the unlimited free time to sit around and wait on your slow-moving asses just because you're too damn irresponsible to staff your location appropriately. I absolutely loathe and despise bad customer service. And the people at Curaleaf Gettysburg absolutely SUCK at it.

I'm so frustrated…read more I just finished my 7 hour drive home and realized that over half the products I bought were delta 9. I added 4 hours to my trip to swing by and get some product for home. I wish they had told me. The packages don't say clearly and no person at the store told me that I was buying gas station grade gummies. I spent nearly $200 on what I thought was an exciting stash only to come home and realize that it wasn't what I was promised. I'm so angry and disappointed. The staff was lovely and kind and the place was cute. But they didn't help when I got home and discovered in the SMALLL print on the label that it's mostly delta 9. Aka headache in a bag. It felt like the moment when you realize the chocolate easter bunny is hollow. I was excited and now have no way to fix that.

Very disappointing experience as a registered medical cannabis patient…read more I arrived at The Apothecarium approximately 10 minutes before closing because I needed to obtain my medication. Despite the posted business hours indicating that the location was open until closing time, I was denied access and unable to purchase my medication. As a medical patient, I find this extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Patients should not be made to feel like their medical needs are unimportant, especially when they arrive during the business's posted operating hours. If there is a cutoff time for entering the dispensary or serving medical patients before closing, that policy should be clearly posted and communicated to patients so they are not making a trip expecting to receive their medication and then turned away. I hope management addresses this situation and provides better consideration for medical patients who rely on the dispensary for their medication.

She was amazing and I'd come back just to see her) They sold me delta-9 exclusively without telling me. If I wanted delta-9 I'd go to a gas station. Truly a disappointment. I drove 4 hours out of my way to go here to stock up and came home to find out they lied to me about the products. Shame. To say I'm disappointed is well under selling it. 4 hours in the car and 200$ later and I have some "hemp derived" gas station quality product. There are other places. Go try them first.
