It'll take 2-3 people to fill an order that's had been placed in advance. How hard is it, to take something from a shelf and put it in a bag? Really incompetent. Employees are rather rude and nasty, and even nastier when you complain about the service. I've spoken to the manager. He acts like he doesn't understand.

Where do I even start with this place... let me tell you the positives. Arguably the best pricing…read morein the county, you can leave feeling good about the price you paid for your product. Other than that? Not really great. Firstly, the entire layout of the place (both interior and exterior, including the parking lot) is terrible. Compared to the other Organic Remedies I've been to, I feel stressed just trying to pull through the parking lot. To get out of their parking lot is hell too with the traffic. Compared to other dispensaries, the interior design in extremely bland, like a run-down bank, with the interior layout being just as confusing as the parking lot. The one time I went there, it was not a friendly experience either. Seemed like everyone I interacted with either hated their job, wanted the shift to end or just weren't people-persons. My final conclusion: if you are strapped and looking for a discount, OR is the way to go. If you're not too worried about the pricing and would rather have a friendly, relaxing experience, I'd go elsewhere.

One works normally; the other charges but will not heat the cartridge. I returned five days later with my receipt and asked for an exchange, not a refund. The store manager refused and said all sales are final and that I would need to contact the manufacturer. I understand restrictions on returns, but refusing to exchange a defective product sold by the store is not reasonable. Very disappointing experience, especially over a $20 battery.

Place an online order, expect to wait when you get there. Try to place an order and your account is gone, email customer service only to hear nothing? Sound about right. Vytal is just downtown and is sooo much nicer. This place sucks, is run by morons, but again, man the employees are great.

I promise you will never go to Cure again if you try any Rise location. Today I tried to return a disposable pen an hour after purchasing because it was EMPTY. I waited in line AGAIN for 45 minutes only to be told rudely by the staff there was nothing they could do and told me I was out of luck. They didn't care. So I walked away without medicine I PAID FOR. This place is a joke and I'm never returning. I've also had a situation where they made an error counting money and tried to pocket $20 they owed me in change. They only want your money and they don't care about their clients.
