On my message came to check saying that I could tigten it on myself. The issue was fixed for the next 10 days, in 10 days leaking returned back. When I messaged providing details on the issue the plumber replied next day that I should tighten it on my own. I asked to fix it but didn't get any answers. I requested back service through Cinch, so he scheduled the service for the next day but didn't come. Comon, I payed to get the work done, no to tighten it on my own every 2 weeks.

No show at the job. Told me the bank took the money for past bills due that hadn't been paid. Tried to then tell me he had a wife and 2 kids die in a car crash in February. Sent me photos of a woman and kids who could have been anyone off the internet. What kind of logic is that. Also said that he took his deceased wife's grandmother in to live with him as she didn't have a place to stay. Then proceeded to tell me he needed another advance of $1400 to go back to the job. I ended up calling the Avon IN cops to see what his public record is. No record of a car crash in Camby in February with a mother and two children passing. Public record for anyone that wants to get info on some other things he has done. Do your research!!!! Anyway - gave him a second chance and sent him $100. No show at the job again. A section of the floor in the front guest bedroom, the adjacent closet floor, and guest bathroom…read morefloor squeaked. I thought I needed a support beam installed in the basement to provide additional support for the floor joists. So, I contacted Gary Simpson from Simpson Construction to see if he could install a floor support system. Gary came out and immediately noticed that installing a support beam wouldn't solve my problem. Apparently, the builder had moved a few of the floor joists after the subfloor was put down to make room for the toilet drain in the bathroom. This adjustment created the squeaking noise. The builder tried to fix the problem by installing several wooden cross braces to reinforce the now unsupported seams of the subfloor. You can see the cross beams the builder installed in the attached picture. Sadly, the builders shoddy workmanship did not fix the problem. Now I need to fight with the builder to resolve my problem. I sincerely appreciate Gary's expertise and honesty in exposing this situation. I give Simpson Construction a ten star review and highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely hire Simpson Construction in the future to help with other projects. Gary is a great guy with an outstanding professional standard. We need more people like Gary in this country.

Edit: Joshua, the owner, called me and we talked through everything. Great guy. This was more a…read moreproblem with internal communication around pricing models. He also explained why you'd install a shut off valve in front of the pressure tank (troubleshooting pressure). In any event, I'm changing my 2 star to a 5 based on that conversation. It was a good install, just overpriced, which we can work out later for a repipe project I need done. Thanks Joshua. The definition of greedy service folks taking advantage of a situation. I was losing pressure in the house and I'm on a well. The technician replaced the pressure pump (which needed to be replaced) and added a whole house filter at my request. The job went decent and the technician did a pretty good job on the installation. However, the price I paid for the equipment installation was extremely overpriced before I realized. Also, the problem with the pressure wasn't resolved. After the technician came back the next day to troubleshoot, he believed there was a leak somewhere losing pressure, which was a reasonable assumption given the symptoms (and I had another plumber come out and verify, but he actually found the real issue). The technician checked everywhere and couldn't find a leak and tried to schedule a sonar person to locate it. This didn't sit well with me so I called a well expert (Dutton should quit advertising well service). The other plumber that came out instantly noticed 2 things wrong with the pressure tank installation, the tank was over charged with pressure at 50 psi and needed to be set to 38 psi to work correctly (this exaggerated my problem) and he installed a shut off valve on the incoming water line from the well to the pressure tank, and if someone were to ever use it, the would blow up the well pump. The real problem is that the well pump is dying and while it has some pressure, it's not enough to fill the pressure tank fast enough to maintain running water at a faucet. This guy told me what the problem was FOR FREE. Dutton came back out to troubleshoot their work and tried to charge me another 400 (which they will never get from me) and they were going to charge me more to fix the non existent leak AFTER I paid the sonar people another 400. So, I now have someone coming out to replace the well pump. The guy that came out and told me the issue for free, is going to get 3000 to replace the iron filter and water softener after they are done. Dutton quoted me FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace just the iron filter. There are other companies who aren't just in it for the money. Call them.
