Again, no big deal, places get busy. I dropped the car off at 7:15am and was called by Tina at 2:30pm and told, "your car is ready". When I arrived, I see my car with half old tail lights and half new tail lights that look NOTHING alike. One set is chrome and one set is regular reflective lens from the factory. PROBLEM! The car looks like a circus freak. I was told the mechanic didn't have time to finish them and I would need to come back another day when he wasn't as busy. Why didn't anyone call to ask if I was ok with only half of the work being completed before starting the job? Ok, you can at least put the car back the way it was when I dropped it off, right? WRONG!
