I was in contact with them about 2 months prior to flying to GA to do this. I spoke to very nice people who were helpful in getting this organized. I was even able to rent a space to park the trailer for loading. Our trailer was dropped off after hours, management had gone home for the day but the overnight facilitator was responsive and able to help us get in and get sorted. We met Tracey the manager the next day and he was very helpful in facilitating gaining access to the units (I had never seen them prior to this). When we realized we bit off more than we can chew he provided us with a name of someone who could help us move the unwanted pieces which was invaluable. Once done there were some mixups with vacate paperwork and he was instrumental in helping us figure it all out. I was super appreciative of his assistance. This was a hard situation for me and I was appreciative of all the assistance that went into making this happen for my family and I. Thank you Tracey!

We got to the…read moreplace and no one was in the building to hand us our U-Haul key.. on the door It says that they are open on Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM but online it says that they are closed on Saturdays. We tried calling the customer service phone number posted on the door multiple times and we didn't get an answer. don't get a U-Haul truck from here unless you want to waste your time. I'm only leaving one star because I can't leave zero.
