The weather report called for tornados over the weekend; 18 people died in AL. But Kyle called late in the evening on Friday and asked for a picture of the vent. Earlier he said he was familiar with the make ànd model of my RV. Isn't this weird? Shouldn't he have asked for a picture earlier, when I had reaction time to call someone else? I can smell BS from a mile away. Kyle called back and said he did not have my cover in stock, he would have to wait until Monday to do the repair. Camping World is open on Saturday, and they are going to do the repair for half the cost. We got hit hard by the storm, and of course I didn't need Kyle by Monday. Kyle wanted $125 for coming to me, and $25 for the cover. $150 for 15 minutes of work. I'm not sure how these guys are going to survive the recession. $150 is darn good money! Using their services now would be like paying premium dollars for an air conditioner in the winter.
