reserved a U-Haul truck truck a week in advance for Saturday, August 3 at 10:30 AM. We got to the place and no one was in the building to hand us our U-Haul key.. on the door It says that they are open on Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM but online it says that they are closed on Saturdays. We tried calling the customer service phone number posted on the door multiple times and we didn't get an answer. don't get a U-Haul truck from here unless you want to waste your time. I'm only leaving one star because I can't leave zero. read more

Nice people but they never answer their phone...2 weeks worth of calling two separate numbers...no returned phone calls.

After three months of waiting, I decided to give Bulloch Well Drilling a call and mentioned that a new pump was needed based on what I had been previously told. Randy Beasley came out the next morning to do the work. As he prepared to pull the pump he discovered that two wires had been burnt out and that I didn't need a new pump after all! I imagine that other company would have charged me thousands for replacement. Randy didn't take advantage of my situation and provided honest, dependable service. Maybe that's why he's been in business for 40 years. Five stars!

Very large area, the road to get to the conservation center is kind of in the middle of nowhere…read more(and a little bit unsteady). The animals are "free range", so this means you need to be EXTRA careful on the roads, in case one of the peacocks decides to take a walk on the road while you're driving. The owner is very nice. You can tell the people who do work there care a LOT about the animals. However, they have very poor "online presence" (their official website has web pages broken/very outdated as well as no hours posted for the center). There's no official social media page from what I saw as well. Also, according to the owner, a GPS will NOT take you directly to the place, which means you need to take directions over the phone (and the owner is NOT easy to reach as well). So overall, you know they really care for the animals (which is a great perk), but the area is very much in the "middle of nowhere", the road you turn onto to get to the center is unsteady/uneven (VERY risky with the free range animals, would NOT feel comfortable AT ALL driving the road at night, NO street lights and it's a dirt road), the GPS apparently won't take you directly to the place, and the owner is VERY unreliable with contacting them to get to the place to start with. There's NO official hours posted anywhere online from where I looked (on numerous sites, by the way). No Facebook or other big social media page either.
