Rented a unit in Statesboro to house my daughters stuff during the summer between apartments at GSU. Sharon helped us out and explained everything. Showed us our unit and even asked us to give her an extra day before moving in so she could reclean the unit. Sharon was wonderful to talk to and very knowledgeable about the services. She suggested a moving box special that included bubble wrap and tape, along with several size boxes. Something we hadn't thought about yet! I dealt with Terrance the first time I went in to check the place out. He was awesome. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. The next time I went there was to actually sign up for a parking space for my travel trailer and I dealt with Sharon. Again she was awesome. She was very friendly and she made me feel like we had known each other for a long time. She was very kind to my daughter, who was feeling a bit under the weather. I had a great experience with this Public Storage in Statesboro, Ga. As soon as I walked into the office I felt welcome. Ms. Sharon was extremely nice to me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She was up front about all of the pricing and items that I would need to have for a safe rental space. The area is very secure. You have your own code to enter and exit the facility. When I went to put my belongings into my space it was getting dark and the lighting around the spaces were awesome. There is good and bad. I had to redo my paperwork for the 2nd year in a row. I also had to change parking spots when the one that reserved was not assigned to me when I did a pre-registration online. That was frustrating because from what I learned it could have been done when I called to reserve it instead of online. However, Terrance was great in changing it back for me and was able to find an item that I left on m last trip. He saved the day for me twice. Thanks Terrance!!! Sharon and Michael were fantastic. The service was 100% perfect, they are nice, polite and professional. The only negative is a lot of spiders, ants and crickets in the outdoor storage. If you're used to using storage lockers than you know how to deal with this, and will properly seal and pack your stuff to make sure it's good to go. If not, it could be a surprise when you get your stuff and there's spiders and crickets and stuff all over. read more

These people were amazingly helpful! I was moving out of my apartment and ran out of boxes. This store had an amazing promotion on a package deal with boxes, bubble wrap and tape! On top of that, they helped me find a padlock for my U-haul trailer and were so accommodating, it was amazing. I would recommend them with the highest status! read more

This Public Storage location is fantastic. Sharon is incredibly helpful and nice, and the units are kept very clean and in good repair. It has great security with a fence around the entire property, security lights, and individual gate codes. The prices are great, and the location is very convenient.
