I read some of the one star reviews and I'm so confused how anybody could say anything negative about this amazing flower shop. They were absolutely stupendous. We called them with four hours notice for an elopement switch there's a lot of reasons why it was so short notice but nevertheless they delivered 100%!! They put together the beautiful arrangement I have attached below in a photo as well as a wonderful lei for my now husband. My now husband even asked for a few extra flowers for my hair and we expected to have to pay you know $10-$20 however much it would cost they threw them in for free with some hairpins because they're just that kind of people. It seemed like a mother-daughter duo that ran the shop I'm not quite sure how everybody is related but I would say they are the kindest family I have run into thus far on the island. Absolutely amazing to work with I would recommend you give them a call for any of your floral needs they have large range and small ones and lots of little add-ons that they were willing to do. 10/10 would recommend.

From the mainland, I booked a flower delivery on the website to celebrate my sister Birthday and send it to her while she was staying in Kapaa. Based on the websites photo I got her a standard tropical arrangement. I found Flowers Forever by asking the Kauai Beach Resort Catering Department who they recommend. We could not have been happier. My daughter eloped and wanted a very muted color smaller bouquet and the ti leaf lei for the groom. They had the perfect examples on their website and recreated them perfectly. I ordered flowers for my Mother-In-Law to be delivered in Anahola. If you know.. most florist do not deliver in Anahola! This company was amazing, when the driver was going to drop them off, he had a hard time finding the house, but they called me right away, and got they got in contact with my Father-in-law to drop them off. 10/10 would recommend this company! My wife and I headed to Kauai for Valentines Day and I called ahead to have flowers delivered to our hotel room. The flowers were waiting on the table and quite beautiful. They even complied with my special request to avoid any fragrant flowers. The flowers are fresh and will probably last a while. Established in 1982.

Started Flowers Forever 1975 from our garage, selling wood roses bon stems to the tourists & vendors, started making arrangements & wholesaling later to gift shops in Kauai, then branching off to Honolulu. In…February 1982 started first retail shop— Coco Palms florist, In 1989 - Flowers Forever Lihue, In 1991- added Flowers Forever Princeville. Since after the last Hurricane Iniki in 1992 Coco Palms Hotel has never re-opened, & thus we sold the Princeville location. Currently have the main shop in Lihue, 2979 Kalena Street. The only storefront Florist left. We try to continue servicing the Island of Kauai. Mahalo for the opportunity to serve you.

Yeah, that doesn't really happen unless you pay someone for that "experience." Hollywood has pretty much given them a great industry through. This is a fairly simple flower shop that specializes in leis, presumably for those occasions when you want to greet someone with a lei coming straight off a plane, or for putting on a lei when you are about to leave. They have both plastic and real flower leis, with the freshest ones sitting in a refrigerated section. Their prices are considerably higher than I've seen at other stores around the area, but for the convenience of being at the airport and being able to have the whole experience, I'm sure it's worth it for most people.

The flowers and plants were absolutely gorgeous. I wish now I had brought one back to Texas as the natural flowers and foliage of Hawaii were beautiful and having a living reminder of my honeymoon would have been nice. I did go as far as to check the plants to see if they had pointers as to how to keep them alive. I don't have a green thumb, but anyone who does should be able to keep their plants alive, as long as they don't live in Texas where weather is psychotic. The staff was friendly, the space was small, but the smell and variety made me wish I could have stayed a bit longer to browse, but leaving the island I didn't feel too comfortable to browse too long in case our plane departed immediately. It's a lovely store, and if you feel daring, you should buy one of the pretty flowers to take home.

When my wife and I decided to do a destination wedding in Hawaii, we had no clue where to start. I started out researching photographers and ministers, when I contacted Aloha Ever After and spoke with Timory, I just knew this was the right company and the right people to make our wedding the best it could be. We set our wedding date for Dec.9,2018. (I know, I unintentionally procrastinated with my review.) But our experience was phenomenal and the memory stays with us every day. Timory did an incredible job helping us with information to get the marriage license, flowers, suggested accommodations in the area and even provided great options for the ceremony. after seeing Shipwrecks Beach, we chose that as the place to start our new life. We arranged to have her partner/Husband Joel perform the ceremony and Timory on photography. They were both awesome to work with, in tune with our wishes and exceptional with assisting us the whole way. The ceremony was beautiful, we did a sand ceremony as well and all of the photos were absolutely breathtaking! One of my outstanding memories during the ceremony was Timory asking us to pause briefly to look into the ocean, there was a Manta Ray lingering just off the beach, in front of our location, she said that was a rare occurance at that beach, in fact, she said she hadn't seen that in 20 years of performing weddings at that beach, the locals at the Tidepools restaurant all concurred and didn't believe it until I showed them the photo. we chalked it up as the spirit of our lost loved ones joining our special moment. that was super cool to experience. I truly can't say enough about Aloha Ever After, The prices were more than reasonable, the help with planning was priceless, the team of Timory and Joel and the overall experience is something I'll never forget. We've returned once to revisit for our anniversary and to reflect on the memories. We hope to go again someday to renew our vows and you know my first call will be to Aloha Ever After! We had our wedding in Kauai and Flowers Forever took care of all the flowers. What an outstanding job! I had to order everything over the phone and made a few changes throughout the way but Alan and his awesome staff were super patient and understanding. He made me feel assured that everything would be exactly as I wanted, and it was. From the first phone call to the delivery, I was impressed with their efficiency and quick response. I had such a wonderful experience with Flowers Forever. My daughter decided to get married last minute while on Kauai. I called two days before the ceremony and asked if they could put a wedding package together. I ordered a Lei Po'o, a Maile Lei, a Ginger Lei and a bridal bouquet I asked for something simple and petite and unique, but tropical. Oh my goodness! Everything was perfect! When my husband and I began planning our wedding we thought we could do everything ourselves. Afterall, my husband grew up on Kauai and I'd been there to visit several times. We'd both visited the venue we'd selected before. What was left to do? We wanted a really simple wedding. Why would we pay someone to plan things when we could do it ourselves? Well, I found out really quickly that trying to sort everything out and get things coordinated was more difficult than we'd anticipated. After attending a friend's wedding, and after talking to the bride the next day about the stresses of getting everything done, my husband was really convinced we should hire someone to help us out. I'd seen Marlene's site and was really impressed. I just had a good feeling about it, compared to the other stuff I'd seen out there. And? She was from Waimea, my husband's home town. I gave Marlene a call and from the very beginning I knew we'd done the right thing. When we contacted Marlene we already had our venue, photographer and our officiant but we didn't have anything fully sorted out. We were having a wedding with over 100 guests in attendance.. not your typical "destination wedding." To make things worse, our venue owner was on "Hawaii time." a lot, which made planning difficult. Marlene was very professional and knew just what needed to be done. She was always very responsive to us and always had great, cost-effective suggestions. It was so nice to have her "on the ground" in Kauai. She helped us plan everything ahead of time, coordinated the rentals, suggested a ceremony/cocktail hour musician and the hair/makeup stylist, and helped us figure out our custom food and drink menus (all local cuisine and beers). Marlene worked tirelessly at setting up a very detailed budget and event plan for us beforehand so we knew exactly what was going to happen in the days leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day, minute-by-minute and exactly how much it was going to cost. All of her recommendations turned out to be spot on. And, Marlene and her staff were at the venue all day on the wedding day working with all of our vendors and setting things up. All we had to do was show up and have a great time! We could not have pulled off this wedding without Marlene and we cannot recommend her enough!

My biggest complaint: My husband didn't get his promenade. Our special ring bearer, his father, the groom and the groomsman didn't get their moment/ promenade either. NOTHING was as we rehearsed it the evening before during the rehearsal . What was the point? The men did NOT get any structure, guidelines or assistance on the day of the wedding. What's the reason for paying a second person at the ceremony site if that person doesn't assist and direct half the wedding party?! The groom wandered up to the front after waiting for some direction.... But nothing. He was so disappointed. She is not flexible or accommodating: She also insists on communicating via email- she barely calls or texts. Despite me telling her I don't operate that way. She doesn't care. She does whatever is easiest for her. I felt like she only wanted to make her job as easy as possible. Be prepared brides and grooms to fill out endless spreadsheets. She bragged about her timeline, it was suppose to be a slick and smooth operation. I felt like I needed her to keep things running smoothly, I was wrong. If you want to do a lot of work by yourself and pay her way too much to be rude to your vendors, (the videographers and photographers whom I flew in from Texas, both complained about her giving the wrong time tables multiple times and being difficult) and have her mess up your wedding day, be my guest. I refuse contact. Don't reach out to me. This bridge is burned.
