When my wife and I decided to do a destination wedding in Hawaii, we had no clue where to start. I started out researching photographers and ministers, when I contacted Aloha Ever After and spoke with Timory, I just knew this was the right company and the right people to make our wedding the best it could be. We set our wedding date for Dec.9,2018. (I know, I unintentionally procrastinated with my review.) But our experience was phenomenal and the memory stays with us every day. Timory did an incredible job helping us with information to get the marriage license, flowers, suggested accommodations in the area and even provided great options for the ceremony. after seeing Shipwrecks Beach, we chose that as the place to start our new life. We arranged to have her partner/Husband Joel perform the ceremony and Timory on photography. They were both awesome to work with, in tune with our wishes and exceptional with assisting us the whole way. The ceremony was beautiful, we did a sand ceremony as well and all of the photos were absolutely breathtaking! One of my outstanding memories during the ceremony was Timory asking us to pause briefly to look into the ocean, there was a Manta Ray lingering just off the beach, in front of our location, she said that was a rare occurance at that beach, in fact, she said she hadn't seen that in 20 years of performing weddings at that beach, the locals at the Tidepools restaurant all concurred and didn't believe it until I showed them the photo. we chalked it up as the spirit of our lost loved ones joining our special moment. that was super cool to experience. I truly can't say enough about Aloha Ever After, The prices were more than reasonable, the help with planning was priceless, the team of Timory and Joel and the overall experience is something I'll never forget. We've returned once to revisit for our anniversary and to reflect on the memories. We hope to go again someday to renew our vows and you know my first call will be to Aloha Ever After! I had planned an inter island trip for my significant other to Kauai and wanted to use this opportunity to propose. I did some research to find a proposal consultant. Let me save you time now, Timory and Aloha Ever After was by far the most reasonably priced with the most worthwhile packages I could find. The communication throughout the planning stages was beyond stellar. This was very important to me, especially since I wasn't on Kauai to do the leg work. I had to put a lot of trust in Timory and she didn't disappoint. The weekend trip I chose was 13 March 2021... I'll give you a second to google that weekend. For those of you who aren't aware there was heavy flooding and landslides all over the island. I remember being extremely disappointed at the timing. But a landslide, road closures and a downpour of rain wasn't going to detour Timory for giving me the best possible experience. No sir, we had a plan A, B, C and D in case anyone of our ideas wouldn't work due to the weather. On the day of she set up a very intimate area overlooking the ocean, she even got us reservations at a great resturant. So how did it up end up you might ask? Well the sun melted through the clouds and the exact right time it was perfect, it's like she predicted the weather!! But that's what her years of experience brings to the table. She also sent me a video before hand of where I should exactly bring my future wife, it was dummy proof no way I could mess this up lol. She had picked the perfect location, and the whole experience was fantastic. The photography was also great, I love that she was able to capture the exact moment of the proposal as she blended in with those nearby, it was a candid moment that's once in a lifetime and she captured it. For the rest of the photo shoot I fell back on her expertise here again as she guided us through different poses. To sum up, I highly recommend Timory if you want the proposal that your fiancée will be happy with and will remember forever. You won't go wrong with with putting your trust in Aloha Ever After. I got married 8/7/19 and used aloha ever after. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are getting married in Hawaii this is not only your best option (i thoroughly researched every single event coordinator and they were the highest rated and the best priced) but will also bring the aloha spirit to your wedding in a way i don't think is possible if you plan your own or go with another company. What i mean by this is Timory and Joel think of, plan, and coordinate EVERYTHING FOR YOU. All you have to do is show up. Literally. I wasn't stressed about a single detail and it far exceeded all of my expectations. The only anxiety i had was the morning of i had a thought cross my mind was this too easy? Is it possible that a wedding can actually be this stress free? The answer is YES! Everything was absolutely perfect. I am super picky about my hair and makeup so i was terrified that i wouldn't like who they sent over, what the lady sent over would do, or that she wouldnt show up or something. They coordinated everything for me and SHE WAS PHENOMENAL. My hair and makeup have never looked better. They also picked out an amazing florist. The flowers were perfect and exactly what i had in mind i don't know how they coordinated so perfectly what i wanted with the florist. The live ukulele was also so beautiful during the ceremony it was the perfect ambiance to the most beautiful beach wedding you have ever seen. I also loved the videographer they hired and the video ended up turning out so well. I really loved that i got to pick out what songs i wanted on it as now those songs will always be a reminder of our wedding. The ceremony was perfect for our tastes and was exactly what i had in mind. Joel did such a great job and has such a lovely speaking voice i was so thrilled with the entire ceremony. The length, what he said, the way he said it, everything was perfect and intimate and touching and i couldn't have done it better if i had planned everything meticulously myself. Timory is also an amazing photographer. I am really picky with pictures and often don't like the way i look in them. She made me feel so comfortable and i love the way she balanced getting all the special candid pictures i wanted with all the special posed pictures i wanted in the time we had without feeling rushed or like it was taking too long. This is also coming from someone who hates taking pictures and i really felt like i was able to be present in the moment and enjoy my special day while also get my picture taken which i have literally never been able to say. Timory is a gem and is such a joy to be around you will love having her at your wedding and the phenomenal pictures are just a bonus. We also got the coffee table photo album and it is truly a work of art. I LOVE it so much and it is not something i could have done myself or have gotten someone else to do a better job with. Timory actually being at your wedding and truly experiencing that joy with you comes out 100% in the way she puts your album together. You see that passion and love in the way she puts it together and it is truly beautiful. My husband and i were moved to tears when looking through it. I seriously love looking back on my wedding day and its all thanks to Timory and Joel. They have excellent taste and worked so hard to make sure that this was the best day of my life. If I could triple this rating, I would. We decided to elope in October- giving them 2 months to plan our wedding. Due to extenuating circumstances, I had very little time to do any planning and I left most of it up to them. It was perfect. I could not have imagined anything better- first, they were extremely responsive to my questions and my "oh, I changed my mind.. let's do this instead, or add this!". They took the time to get to know who we were- knowing we were hikers, they selected the perfect location for our wedding. Joel and Timory- work beautifully together.. I attended a wedding that was planned by Aloha Ever After and was floored by how wonderful it was. The coordinator made a simple beach wedding seem glamorous and beautiful (and amazingly comfortable too.) Took my girlfriend (now fiancé) to Kauai for vacation in December for a romantic getaway. Little did she know I had a proposal planned and was ready to make it a forever moment. Kimberli helped me plan my beautiful wedding in Kauai and it was perfect. We also planned the entire wedding via email, and it couldn't have gone better. The hair and makeup artist that they had booked for me was amazing, and our photographer was not Timory but she was great as well. There were a few things that kept me from giving Aloha Ever After 5 stars - when I sent in the final amount 30 days prior to the wedding, it was a few days before they had confirmed receipt of the payment (Kimberli explained afterwards that she was off and didn't have wireless access), but I did wish that somebody could have confirmed receipt of the payment. We were also hoping to have a back up plan in place, just in case of rain (the forecast called for rain all week). Normally, it woudln't have been a big deal, but because we had to drive about 20 minutes through unpaved road to get to our beach, I wasn't sure what would happen if it did rain - which thankfully it poured the night before but was beautiful on our wedding day.
