Failed attention to detail. Purchased a casket spray, a grand children arrangement and a great grand child arrangement and more. The casket spray was delivered with 2 banners saying Loving MOM and NONE that said Loving Wife as per ordered. We left several messages and finally, literally during the viewing, minutes from the funeral service a delivery driver brought in half a ribbon saying wife that my daughter had to tape together to make it read Loving Wife. Never again. Flowers were beautiful but smaller than the pictures in her book for certain. And charged us 2 delivery fees for flowers going the same place and involved us in the delivery to much for a funeral. I will not use again. read more

More details: My aunt recently passed away, she loved colorful flowers when she was alive. For her funeral, I ordered flowers from 5 different florists in the area just to get a variety of looks and to derisk just in case a certain florist have problem. Katarina herself took flower orders from me, she was very nice and sweet. Even though she speaked English clearly and I could understand her just fine, my 3 flower orders were a challenge to keep up, so I texted her the detailed instructions. They then emailed me order details and receipts to confirm, and after the flowers were delivered, they sent emails again to let me know. I chose a unique standing spray arrangement named "Expressions of Love" and a sweet-looking bouquet in an urn named "Adoring Tribute" on their website and upgraded them to deluxe level. I also ordered a birthday flower vase with a dozen roses and some lilies and gave her freedom to do what she deemed best. The funeral flowers turned out great, even more beautiful than the website models and really capture the color scheme and spirit of the models. For the prices I paid, Katarina used a lot of flowers. She is a really skillful florist. I wish I were a better photographer when taking pictures of these flower arrangements. My pictures did not do justice to them. Katarina's flowers were vibrant, fresh and held up well for the funeral next day. I include pictures of all the flowers I got from the 5 florists here so you could make your own judgement on the quality and value of each florist. IMO, Flowers by Katarina is top-two in regard to excellent value and quality. Tip: order flowers at least one week before so the florist has time to source the type of flowers you want. It's snowing in winter so most flowers come from Florida and warmer states. The best thing you can help is giving them time to do a good job for you. read more

I got a picture of the final arrangement, and it was beautiful. The note was even typeset on stationary--how thoughtful, personal, and unexpected! The delivery was on time to my knowledge (in the afternoon on the delivery date) so I was satisfied. There is a guy in the photo array in a Trump MAGA hat. That's no way to run a "welcoming" business. I spoke with Katarina and decided to give her my business anyway and advised her to please get rid of the photo. If that's her husband, she has my sympathies.
