Ordered a deluxe arrangement via phone and regret not going in personally and seeing it being a "Wow" factor bouquet. First off, they got the card wrong albeit it was read back to me correctly. It was from both my sister and I and the card read sister, not sisters as read back. So my sister who received the flowers didn't know it was both of us and wasn't sure who to thank ! Then the arrangement was, well just not fantastic. Just a typical ho-hum piece. Very disappointed because it was so common. Word of advice, go in person to get the "Wow" factor, otherwise you'll be sorry as we were ! PS, my sister puts beautiful arrangements together herself from her yard and this was just too typically ordinary. I guess deluxe doesn't mean much, truly sorry. read more

Flower delivery was awesome! The bouquet turned out beautifully, and it was delivered with care, and on time. Definitely recommend!

I love these guys, they do arrange a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The selections are nice and they always do those custom touches requested perfectly. I live way out in the middle of the ocean yet always order from Flowers by George because not only do they get it right 99.9% of the time but that "Family" vibe is what it's all about for me you feel that your order whether large or small means as much to them as it does to you. read more

Ordered flowers in the morning for my Granddaughter. I realize it was a short time to get same day. Received a phone call they needed to make a few changes, he assured me the flowers would be beautiful. I said she was only 17. Several times. Imagine my shock at the " few changes" And what was delivered to a teen...appropriate for a senior citizen perhaps..certainly not a young lady. read more

Lovely, kind, professional, amazing, gorgeous...all apply! My family has been customers of this family-owned florist since 1976, no really. They are the best of both worlds; small town values with high class quality. The flowers they just did for my mom and dad's memorial service were so beautiful, and even though it was Valentine's weekend, the price was more than reasonable. I know I can count on the owner, David, and anyone there to treat every order with care and expertise. Thank you so much! Buy here! read more

I live in another state and ordered an arrangement for delivery via the Tele-Flora website. I did not know which florist was going to be used. The arrangement was delivered the same day as promised. I was pleasantly surprised to see the arrangement looked better than the picture on the website. The flowers were beautiful. Great job George's Flowers! read more

Such a great experience. Called in at noon requesting a plant type basket to be delivered to my daughters work place, the gentleman made a great suggestion and it was delivered by 2 the same day. The basket was just what I had in mind for her to keep at her desk at her new job. They have always exceeded my expectations. I wanted to send flowers to my granddaughter for her sweet 16 and I spoke to John. He was so kind and he understood how special she is to me. It's difficult being a Nana when you are on the other side of the Country in Florida! Anyway, they were beautiful and she was thrilled! She did lose her balloon though when she came outside but no big deal. Would definitely recommend them. read more

Flowers By George has been our "go to" florist for decades. It is always a treat to receive flowers designed by their owner and staff. Such creativity and beautiful design. Their flowers are the freshest and no others have ever compared. They provide individualized attention for small dancer bouquets to large events such as weddings. One of the most special arrangements they ever made was the spray for my grandmother's memorial - a rose for every year she and my grandfather were married (67)- I dried those and framed them. So thankful for their attention to detail, friendly customer service, prompt delivery, and superior quality. Can't recommend them high enough!! read more

Flowers by George is my go to for great customer service and wonderful results. Thank you for being there when I need you!

I experienced horrible customer service. Ask to have flowers delivered on Wednesday for mother in law's birthday. She returned the order because she doesn't carry any of the flowers, and so I change the order so that she can put whatever she wanted in the bouquet. The next day after her birthday, she still had not received flowers. I called the florist and she said she refused the order. My money was returned, and I went to another florist which delivered the flowers the same day I ordered. read more

Simply Amazing. From the initial consult George really listened to what my daughter and son-in-law wanted in their flower displays. He looked up flowers online to show them samples. He had them come in for a sample of the bridal boquet before the wedding to make sure it was what they liked. Everything surpassed our expectations. On the week of the wedding we realized we hadn't added a toss boquet to the order and he helped us add that in rather last minute. Customer service was top notch, delivery was on time, and the flowers were amazingly beautiful and lasted for days after the wedding. They made everything in the reception area and ceremony so beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Wonderful experience. David created beautiful designs for my daughter's wedding flowers. We were organizing from out of state so David took instagram pictures and put on his own twist on them to create a beautiful unique design. I couldn't have asked for more friendly or better service. Thank you David & Team! read more

Very disappointed with the arrangement sent today as it was mainly filler flowers. Didn't care about the complaint, "you get what you pay for" was the response. My mother, who received the flowers was a florist and she was very disappointed and said that they were not up to FTD standards. read more

I have used this florist for a few years now and have been extremely pleased with the bouquets that they have made for my daughter. The gentleman I always talk to is very understanding of what I want and offers ideas. In this day and age of social media, I can see the results right away when they have been delivered and they have always done an outstanding job for me. Thank you to all of the staff for making it all seem so easy. I will be using them for yeas to come. read more

I ordered a large, beautiful 55.00 bouquet from Teleflora for my mom who just had major surgery. The picture was full of pink and white roses, carnations, greenery, etc. in a large vase. I ordered them well in advance and asked for them to be delivered Saturday when I was there taking care of her. I got an email on Saturday from Teleflora that they could not be delivered on Saturday and to pick another day. I chose for them to be delivered today. What was delivered today was a small 3-4 inch vase with some greenery and a sprig of droopy roses. The vase was so small it could be held in the palm of your hand. It was not even comparable in size or value to what I had ordered. I was so embarrassed, and my mom knew immediately that I would never order her something like that. I requested a full refund and the flower shop will need to go back out to my mother's tomorrow to pick up the flowers. So very disappointed. read more

Flowers by George did the flowers for my wedding and the flowers looked amazing. They really listened to what we wanted to worked their magic to make it happen. They were really flexible and able to work within our budget when we felt every other florist scoffed at what we said we could afford. I have been planning my wedding and decided to order most of my flowers through Costco because of the great price and friends have done it and loved it. I decided that I wanted my bouquet to be done somewhere else because of the detail I wanted in it. We heard great things about Flowers By George and went in. After, I explained that I only wanted my bouquet done she ignored me and asked about the rest of the weddings flowers. I told her my plans and she ignored me again. Then, gave me all new suggestions about flowers and that they could do them better. And have heard horrible story's other flower places. She talked for about an hour and by the end she changed my flower colors of the wedding and my personal vision. I left feeling like my ideas sucked and I needed to change after talking to her. Oh, and when I left she asked what I was doing with my hair and makeup and I told her I have a salon coming for everyone's hair and I am going to Gene Juarez for my makeup which I am really excited about! She proceeded to say " well I have a salon down the street and we could do it all great" and handed me her card. Lets just say I felt like shit about my upcoming wedding that I have been planning for a year and has 200 + people coming and everything is catered and organized to an extreme. Never once was it " oh how fun, or congratulations" The next day her husband called me and asked when I wanted to get together. I got my dates mixed up while looking at the calendar. He got angry with me because I said I could do one of the dates when he was not in. After I apologized he laughed at me. He also could not remember my name at any point of time I told him it 3 times over the phone. I think for regular flowers and bouquets they would be great! But if you are planning a wedding stay FAR away! read more
