Anna and her crew create some absolutely beautiful arrangements. Even on the busiest of flower shopping days (Valentine's Day, wedding season etc.), they are always super pleasant and focused on having the flower arrangements look exactly as I want them to. One thing I really love is that they had the prices of each individual flower on the board. I thought that was a nice touch when it comes to picking out what you want. They also have other knick knacks and signs at the shop that would make nice gifts. And dangerously delicious cookies at the register. If I need flowers in the area, I won't be going anywhere other than Flowers by Anna. read more

I went in to the shop in route to a funeral as I had heard that the assortment was wonderful. When I arrived most of the assortment was holiday themed so I picked a quick and very pretty bouquet from the cooler. When I went up to pay although there were four employees working. It took a moment for someone to come help me. While being rung out I asked for a vase and a card. The employee ringing me out held up two vases and chose one for me as it was "cheeper" which I corrected as I did not like the style and money wasn't an option. I would think at that point the team would ask if I would like water in the vase. In which they did not offer or ask to place in the vase. The entire situation was extremely awkward and terrible customer service. I in turn had to back track into town to grab a pair of scissors and water to arrange my flowers in route to the service. I would highly recommend reconsidering before you shop here. read more

Found this shop on Yelp. Called in the morning for same day delivery. They were super nice and helpful. They put together exactly what I wanted. My daughter LOVED her birthday flowers. I had a very specific idea of what I was envisioning for bouquets and we were on the same page every step of the way. She really listened to what I wanted and gave incredible advice when it came to actually picking the florals. And let me tell you, when I saw our bouquets the day of the wedding... they exceeded every expectation I had!!!! She is so flexible when it comes to budget and she even rolled with the punches when 2 weeks before our wedding, we decided to change up the centerpieces. Arrangements are decent, and they do deliver which is convenient, but are WAY too overpriced, along with the small shop cluttered with crappy knickknacks. This place's décor screams "cheap and tacky farmhouse exploded all over" and turns people away as soon as they enter. It's messy.
