Reasonable pricing and good service. I called a week before my daughter's college graduation to order a bouquet. I was coming from out of town and someone had recommended this business to me. The gentleman that helped me took my order over the phone and when my daughter went to pick up the flowers she commented to me that they were very nice to her. The flowers came with water tubes so the flowers stayed fresh for 48 hours prior to the actual graduation. The bouquet was nice but I was hoping for something bright and more aesthetic. I did indicate that I wanted something "bright" and celebratory but maybe I should have been more specific with the flower. read more

I was really hesitant to use The Flower Cart again, every time I have in the past, the flowers never lasted longer than 2 days and the arrangements never look like what they are advertising and the flowers are replaced with something cheap. If you pay for premium, they still only create something completely basic. Since my favorite flower shop is no longer open in St. Joseph, I had to again go with the only place that would deliver to Niles for Mother's Day, they had no trouble taking the money out of my account immediately, but did have trouble delivering it on the day promised. I have a confirmation that it would be delivered today and it was not. I contacted the store around 7:30pm and the guy kind of had an attitude because he said I was calling late and all the drivers had gone home. He checked the "log" and claims it was delivered at 11:30am on the front porch. My mom has been home all day and no one ever showed up and we even verified that they had the correct address. The guy at the flower cart told me I would just have to call back tomorrow because there is nothing he can do at this point. He asked for my mom to contact him and informed her he would call her back first thing in the morning with answers. I really do not recommend this flower shop to anyone. I will be contacting them tomorrow to see what they are going to do, and will add that conversation later. *Update.....Around 1pm my mom still had not received the arrangement so I contacted Phil who was completely rude, raising his voice at me informing me that his driver delivered it to a guy in a truck, which is funny because the day before he said it was left on the porch and now it was delivered to a guy?! After being yelled at by Phillip I asked who he was there and was told he was the owner, OH! That explains the reason he was able to be so rude to customers. I even told him that not once had he bothered to apologize for all the hassle. I even explained how every time I order from his store the flowers are always crap! He never once apologized, but did inform me that he personally made another arrangement and it was on a truck being delivered. About an hour later I received a text from my sister who was visiting my mom stating that the flowers were delivered so I contacted my mom. She explained to me that Philip had delivered them and apologized to her about the hassle, that he had a new delivery driver and he himself was not at the store until the very end of the night and he should have been there to make sure nothing bad happened. He even gave my mom a red rose to say sorry. I at first thought this was really sweet until my mom sent me photos of what this arrangement looked like. I swear he must had picked up all the left over pieces from the floor and made an arrangement out of it. I am not happy at all!!! read more

I order online from Florida at 9:00 at night. Flowers were delivered by noon the next day in Barrien Center Michigan with the exact card I asked for. I was told the flowers were beautiful and lasted several weeks. I will definitely be ordering from the again. read more

I called the Flower Cart two days ago and talked to Philip. He was very outgoing and helpful. I called late morning and needed an arrangement that day. They had it done by lunch time. It was beautiful. I thought for the size of the arrangement the price was more than reasonable. I live in Stevensville but work one day a week in Niles. I will definitely consider ordering more arrangements from the Flower Cart and take them north! read more
