My mother never received the bear that was specifically requested by me. There was no ribbon even around the neck of the floral vase. I am strongly outraged at how POORLY managed their "professionalism" was displayed. I was told "the driver is human & made a mistake" but yet im also a human seeking out a beautiful bouquet for my mom for her birthday, who's all alone And THEY messed up my order. I asked for the driver to go back with a bear; only to get an attitude by the woman on the phone, who TOOK my order down. She later threatened to take back my mother's bouquet if I was unsatisfied.
