In the meantime, though, I got one of the most delicious cinnamon rolls I've ever had. Very cinnamonny, soft but also chewy, and it was just a delight. I got a side of bacon with it. "side" means like 8 pieces. Lol. Picked up one of their banana puddings, too, because I couldn't resist. And all of it together was around $8. What a deal! They've got other food and the donut case was full of incredible looking donuts, and I'm ready to get back there soon! The only negative thing I would say is that while the toilet and the sink were clean, the rest of the bathroom....needed a paint job or something. Regardless, I was happy I stopped by and definitely will again.

The donuts were 10/10! Next time we are in town we will def be back to try some different ones!read more

Sadly, no gelato, the machine has been down for about 3 months and the server didn't know when it would be fixed. Bummer, but I still wanted some pizza. For the uninitiated, Gino's does the quintessential Appalachian pizza: thinner crust, sweet sauce, very greasy. It was served quickly and very hot. Very affordable, I got a "large" and with a drink the bill came to about $12 with the special they were running. Bathroom and inside is sort of run down. It doesn't bother me though. Here's hoping the gelato maker gets repaired, it's the only place in town you can buy gelato.
