Last year, my PCP strongly suggested that I do a sleep study because my sleep apnea was not getting any better. I learned that after Covid, a sleep study could be done from the comfort of my own home. Unfortunately, the sleep study outfit that I chose turned out to be a bit unsatisfactory but in the end, Monitor Medical was very useful in getting the approval for my new cpap. Last week, I went to Monitor Medical here in Austin and Tobie Galban, CMA was great with helping me setup my new cpap and now I can join Larry's choir and sing only songs of praises for Monitor Medical.

He's now transferred to a skilled nursing facility and I'm so less stressed now that he's out of Saint David's! Called 24 hours later with the name of the Dr. only to be told they're "working" on it but now i was told it was gonna take up to 10 days. The communication is terrible and someone may tell you something one day and someone else is gonna tell you something completely different the next day. I wish these things could be said the first time instead of having to call 3 different days to get 3 different answers. The communication is terrible and seems like they don't know what they're doing. I wouldn't have an issue if these things were told in the first call i made. Ive been needing PT and its been beyond a hassle to get a referral after they recommended someone. I had a good experience in my first visit but this just voids that good visit. If you decide to go with them, make sure to ask every question and find out everything before hand so there's no surprised later.
